Research On Improvement Of Production Material Procurement Management Of HG Bus Company

China’s bus manufacturing industry has entered the stage of all-round development.With China’s gradual entry into the world manufacturing system,the international competition faced by Chinese bus companies will be more intense.The competition of modern companies is not only the competition of technology,brand and products,but also the competition of supply chain management.Procurement management has become a vital link in the modern supply chain management system.Therefore,how to achieve the effectiveness of procurement management and make the procurement price competitive is a major issue that modern bus companies need to face.HG Company is a traditional bus manufacturing enterprise.Due to the joint influence of the world economic recovery,the short-term adjustment of supply-demand relationship,the decline of the US dollar and other factors,the price of bulk raw materials has increased significantly,and the procurement cost of the enterprise is facing great pressure.At the same time,procurement management also encountered some difficulties,such as delayed delivery of procurement materials,difficult digestion of overstocked materials,difficult dynamic management of procurement costs,difficult query of procurement contract files and long signing time of material certification.This paper studies the relevant literature.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the bus industry and the current situation of HG Company’s production material procurement management,this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in HG Company’s production material procurement order management,procurement cost management and supplier management,combines theory with practice,and uses data analysis method to make the procurement management more scientific and standardized.Build an information management platform to explore space for procurement management level,so as to reduce procurement costs,give play to the profit leverage of procurement,improve the operating efficiency of the company and improve the procurement management level of the enterprise.Made in China 2025 proposes to realize intellectualization and meet a large number of customized elastic needs.The production mode of personalized needs is the trend of future development.Based on the industry characteristics of small batch,multi variety and customization of passenger cars,the research on the production material procurement management of Hg passenger car company has certain research value,and also provides reference for other similar enterprises.
