Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is the last stage of the cascade development on the lower reaches of the Jinsha River,and the downstream is immediately adjacent to the Yangtze River.The water storage operation will directly affect the channel conditions of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River from Yibin to Chongqing(hereinafter referred to as the "Xuyu Section").The Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station’s initial set of shipping indicators such as minimum discharge flow,daily adjustment methods,and failure to consider the impact of the simultaneous impoundment of a large number of junctions on the Jinsha River and Minjiang River after floods,it will be difficult to guarantee the scale of the Yangtze River trunk channel during certain periods,and it is also important for maintaining the Yangtze River trunk line.The route of the Xuyu section has a serious impact.Therefore,after the completion and operation of the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station,the discharge flow of the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station has an impact on the maintenance scale of the waterway in the Xuyu-Chongqing section,and on this basis,reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the maintenance of the waterway in this section are put forward.Consolidate the achievements of the channel construction and development,increase the cargo transportation volume of this segment,and then promote the development of national strategies such as the One Belt One Road strategy and the Western Development Strategy.This paper collects data related to the operation of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station,analyzes the impact of Xiangjiaba Reservoir’s discharge flow on the water level changes in the Xuyu section of the channel,and studies the operation of Xiangjiaba Later,the impact of the maintenance of the channel size in the Xu-Yu section and the corresponding countermeasures.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the influence of the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station’s discharge flow on the water level of the Xuyu section of the channel,establish the correlation between the Xiangjiaba minimum discharge flow and the water level of the main water level stations along the Xuyu section,and then study the maintenance water depth and water level of the Xuyu section of the channel Corresponding relationship with Xiangjiaba discharge flow.(2)Study the impact of Xiangjiaba Power Station’s operation on the maintenance of the Xuyu section of the channel.In-depth analysis of the influence of Xiangjiaba’s discharge flow on the waterway maintenance depth,the influence of the power station’s daily adjustment on the water level,the waterway maintenance water depth,the maintenance of navigation aids and the passage control reach.(3)Based on the analysis of the impact of Xiangjiaba Power Station’s operation on the channel maintenance of the Xuyu section,combined with long-term channel maintenance and management experience,the corresponding maintenance was studied and proposed from the aspects of channel scale maintenance,navigation mark maintenance and passage control section maintenance.Management and implementation of countermeasures.
