Many rivers in China not only affected by the discontinuous and flood water level change, also will be affected by other factors, especially river upstream hydropower station.Xiangjiaba hydropower station of Jinsha river cascade development four giant world-class at the level of power plant,in the planning of cascade hydropower stations is a power generation as the main goal in both block sand, improve navigation, flood control, irrigation, and comprehensive functions of super large water conservancy hub project.Research of Xiangjiaba power station running unsteady flow influence on luzhou Yangtze river navigation condition,to ensure navigation safety,to prevent water transportation accidents has the vital significance. In this paper, based on the Yangtze river upstream in cansu Hui Hekou waterway regulation technology research projects, such as computational fluid mechanics, mechanics of sediment movement discipline theory as the foundation, used MIKE21 software in HD and ST module hydrodynamic model and the sediment model is established. To simulate the natural condition and Xiangjiaba power station running Luzhou river water and sediment characteristics, analysis and comparison in Xiangjiaba hydropower station after the operation for the influence of luzhou river navigation condition, and put forward the new water and sediment conditions beacons layout proposal, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The Xiangjiaba hydropower station operation situation, through to the Luzhou river water line, the analysis of the flow velocity, flow dynamic axis, although after the Xiangjiaba power station running Luzhou river flow condition change, but will not affect the ship navigation,Luzhou river channel conditions meet the requirements of grade ? navigation.(2)After the completion of Xiangjiaba hydropower station, will cause a steep rise steeply of downstream water level fall will affect regulation structures on spur dike and the spur dike.Under the regulation structures in the spur dike and spur dike especially on spur dike and the spur dike head is easy to be damaged, dealing with the head of groyne or reinforcement measures to optimize the structure design.(3)By means of Xiangjiaba power station Luzhou after the run of the river bed deformation and sediment were analyzed, and concluded that Xiangjiaba power station built after running the luzhou changed little, river bed deformation and sediment will not affect the navigation of the ship.(4)Select the 300 t,500 t,800 t,1000 t class four powerboat as a typical form to calculate the control and the flood of Xiangjiaba power station, ship resistance and ship's thrust. The results show that the daily regulation and flood of Xiangjiaba hydropower station, the thrust is greater than the ship resistance, basic can ship normal upward. But in Xiangjiaba water flow rate is more than 12600 m3 / s(Tuojiang river tributaries flow rate is 300 m3 / s),the uplink shipping should be paid attention to adjust the sailing time to avoid the emergence of the maximum velocity of time.(5)In new water and sediment conditions, the ship will go on now sailing voyage, the ship route does not change.Luzhou port Huihe Kou upstream of the Yangtze river waterway, proposed Luzhou Yangtze river admiralty risks of moraine beach beacon with cloth.(6)In new water and sediment conditions, need to pay close attention to water level by strengthening the channel change, strengthen the hydrographic of luzhou river regulation structures, strengthening the overall stability monitoring, establish long-term contact coordination mechanism, strengthen the management of super draft ship for waterway maintenance work.
