| The express road is a traffic channel designed for the rapid operation of urban traffic,the traffic volume is oversaturated,the sign marking line is unreasonable,the entrance and exit ramps are set too close will lead to traffic congestion on the highway,and even spread from the point of congestion to the surface congestion.In order to avoid the formation of large-scale congestion,fast road control is one of the essential means,but the favorable control premise is effective fast road operation evaluation.In the past,scholars used the flow,speed and occupancy rate to evaluate the index,using fuzzy clustering method and other models to complete the evaluation,part of the evaluation index and evaluation method can not better reflect the real traffic operation,and data collection usually need to rely on manual or fixed detector extraction,such data can not be more in line with the actual traffic operation.At present,relying on track data to complete the evaluation of fast road operation has attracted the attention of industry scholars,and has some research results,but how to use GPS track data to build a suitable evaluation index system and simple evaluation model,better evaluation of the overall operation of the fast road,still need to be further studied.Based on gps track data(taxi data)characteristics,based on the analysis of the characteristics of rapid road traffic congestion,this paper puts forward a new mountain city rapid road evaluation index system,and establishes a multi-indicator comprehensive calculation model of intersections and basic road sections.The main elements are as follows:(1)The status quo of operational evaluation indicators and methods research.The existing evaluation indicators and evaluation methods are comprehensively combed,the current evaluation indicators are mostly based on flow,speed,occupancy evaluation system,evaluation methods are mainly clustering,comprehensive evaluation method,neural network method and other mathematical models,and most of the model data rely on manual collection or fixed detector input.In addition,the shortcomings of evaluation indicators and evaluation methods in the existing rapid-track operation evaluation are expounded,and the hot spots and challenges of the existing operational evaluation are expounded.(2)Consider the GPS track data characteristics and construct the index system based on the analysis of the traffic congestion characteristics of the fast road.Qualitative analysis of mountain city topography and mountain city express road characteristics,analysis of the current airport road research area traffic congestion points and congestion causes,quantitative analysis of the speed of ramps and main lines,to get the parking queue speed,the use of flow analysis,to draw a high saturation of the basic sections of the rapid road,according to the analysis of congestion time and space,the basic road congestion characteristics,according to GPS track data characteristics and traffic congestion characteristics of the analysis of the mountain city rapid road operation evaluation index system.(3)A method for extracting traffic parameters on the express road is established.Based on GPS track data(taxi data),using Arc GIS platform and Python data programming software,the extraction technology of vehicle pass time,vehicle queue length,vehicle time average speed and average travel time is constructed,and the results show that the data support is provided for the construction of the comprehensive evaluation model of fast road multi-indicator by using this method.(4)The rapid road runs the construction of the comprehensive evaluation model.Taking the first-level evaluation index as the index,the calculation model of running the comprehensive evaluation index is established: the comprehensive evaluation model of the cross-border and the comprehensive evaluation model of the basic road section.(5)Case study.Select chongqing airport passers-by and cross-over to Jin-Yu crosssection,people and cross-over to Jin-Yu cross-intersection direction as case analysis section,using a multi-indicator comprehensive model to evaluate the peak of the mountain city express road,flat peak operation,and with the actual traffic operation of Gaudreu compared analysis,verify the feasibility of this method,and analyze the relevance of traffic conditions and evaluation results. |
