With the continuous increase of investment funds in power grid construction, investment benefit evaluation of power grid enterprise has become a major problem in the power grid enterprise management. Because the investment benefit evaluation of power grid has been involved in multiple business departments, and needs large amounts of data, it is difficult to ensure data accuracy. At the same time, evaluation index is a cumbersome process because of no complete data model, and index analysis is not comprehensive.Based on the research of power grid investment benefit evaluation theory and the assessment method of electric power enterprise investment benefit, investment benefit evaluation system has been developed using advanced software development technology. The main purpose of this system is to achieve the index data automatic acquisition and data fusion for investment benefit evaluation, to complete automatic calculation of investment benefit evaluation index and comprehensive statistical analysis, and finally to become a kind of investment management and decision-making support tool. By realizing comprehensive data integration platform which can automatically complete data acquisition and storage, the system has achieved automatic calculation of evaluation index for power grid, the investment benefit comprehensive evaluation and the multiple perspectives analysis has been realized, the system has realized the index data depth analysis to provide multi-dimension information mining for investment benefit index system, and the business data quality check and control has been realized. Using dynamic graphical interactive display, analysis results have become more clear and understandable. This system applies J2EE technology standards, Struts, Hibernate, EJB and other techniques to design and implement.In the short term, the application of this system can play a lead role for controlling the invest scale and improving the financial situation; In the long term, the application of this system can change the concept of power grid planning and transform investment idea of grassroots units. The system has been successfully put into application in a power grid company and has achieved desirable results.
