With the continuous and rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous innovation of science and technology,the construction industry has developed from manual drawing to computer-aided two-dimensional drawing,and then to three-dimensional model,but there are still many challenges in each stage of the project.In recent years,BIM Technology has been gradually promoted in China,and it has been applied in the field of construction engineering and road and bridge engineering.At the same time,it has also been applied in extra long tunnel engineering,and has obtained certain engineering benefits.BIM Technology has sprung up the transformation of the traditional tunnel construction mode.Based on the three-dimensional model,BIM Technology is endowed with the functions of information transmission,storage,sharing,etc.it has different degrees of application in the whole life cycle of the tunnel project,which greatly improves the construction and operation and maintenance efficiency of the tunnel project.Based on the basic theory of Bim and the application of BIM core modeling software and analysis software,this paper studies the application of BIM Technology in the construction of this kind of mountain tunnel with the background of Yangjiawan tunnel in the second work area of Chongqing section of the newly-built Zhengzhou Wanzhou high speed railway.After the comparison and analysis of software selection,Autodesk Revit,which is the most widely used in China,is selected as the core modeling software of the tunnel.The overall three-dimensional model of Yangjiawan tunnel,the tunnel opening excavation model,the construction method model and the overall three-dimensional model of earthwork excavation are established.On the basis of the model,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS and the construction management software Navis Works are combined Manage software,etc.Use BIM Technology to solve the practical problems encountered in the tunnel construction.Compared with traditional construction methods,BIM has irreplaceable advantages for tunnel construction.Based on the new Zheng Wan high speed railway tunnel project,this paper studies the application of BIM Technology in tunnel construction.The main research results are as follows:(1)By using the three-dimensional visualization of BIM Technology,the technical disclosure of the three-dimensional excavation and support model of the tunnel is completed,which is convenient for the field construction personnel to identify the drawings and improve the quality of technical disclosure;(2)Autodesk Revit and Navis Works manage are used to detect the collision of support components and tunnel cable tray components,so as to reduce design changes and rework.At the same time,the bill of quantities of cable trough at the exit of tunnel is established by using BIM Technology to improve the efficiency and accuracy of statistics of field quantities;(3)Navis Works manage is used to establish CRD and double side heading construction method model,and the complex construction process is displayed in the form of animation simulation,which is convenient for technical disclosure and optimization of construction process in advance.Carry out 4D progress simulation for the whole construction process of the tunnel,compare and analyze the difference between the planned workload and the actual planned workload,analyze the reasons for the delay of the construction progress of the entrance section from the perspective of the overall construction,and show the delayed construction picture of the entrance section of the tunnel in the form of 3D roaming to realize 4D construction progress management and improve the efficiency of construction progress management;(4)BIM model and finite element analysis software ABAQUS are used to analyze the stability of Yangjiawan tunnel entrance excavation in advance.Combined with the field monitoring data comparison,it is verified that the three-step seven step excavation method is feasible for the entrance section.This paper takes this kind of mountain tunnel as the research object,carries on the virtual construction simulation to the whole tunnel excavation and support process,realizes the tunnel project in advance display in the computer,early discovers the actual construction potential problem,provides the effective software and the technical support for the construction site,has the guiding significance to the tunnel site construction,provides the construction reference for the similar tunnel.
