Since China put forward the “Belt and Road” initiative,China-Europe transportation corridors have played an increasingly prominent role in the “Belt and Road” trade cooperation, and container transportation is the main form of transportation for China-EU trade. At present, the problem of route optimization has gradually become the focus of multimodal transportation research scholars. In recent years, with the global attention to environmental issues, many scholars have begun to pay attention to the research field of "green logistics",but the carbon emissions caused by transportation activities are only one of the components of external costs, and the environmental impact caused by other external costs is not tolerable.Ignore.As one of the main producers of external costs, the transportation industry has caused certain hidden economic losses to the society during its transportation. Therefore, this paper studies the route optimization problem of China-Europe container multimodal transportation on the basis of considering the external cost.First of all, this article explains the connotation and characteristics of international container multimodal transport. On this basis,it compares and analyzes the current three major Sino-European trade transport corridors, and summarizes the operating procedures of the three major Sino-European transport corridors.Clarify the channel operation process, and consider the influence factors of route optimization from the perspective of different participants in multimodal transport.Secondly, according to the transportation situation of the China-Europe corridor, this article uses different quantitative methods from four aspects of air pollution, climate change, traffic accidents, and noise pollution to calculate the external costs of different transportation methods. The optimization model of the multimodal transportation route of China-Europe Railway Express with external cost as the objective function is designed to solve the problem by genetic algorithm. At the same time, the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight values of different fitness functions from the perspectives of different participants in the multimodal transportation process to calculate different route optimization options. Finally, according to the current international multimodal transport operations, taking "Nanjing-Berlin" as an example, four 40-foot container cargoes are selected for analysis.Considering the different perspectives of multimodal transport participants, genetic algorithms are used in Python software the route optimization plan was run on the upper run,and compared with the solution results of the linear weighting method of Lingo software. The results show that the genetic algorithm is more accurate in solving the transportation problem of large-scale multi-objective optimization. When considering external costs, railway transportation has More obvious advantages.Through the research content of this article,we can better formulate different transportation route plans for different multimodal transport participants, and can also provide effective references for multimodal transport managers to formulate relevant policies. It can also provide my country’s multimodal transport development and environmental friendliness.Contribute to the construction of type transportation.
