With the continuous development of China's economy and the gradual decrease of the demographic dividend,the realization of building industrialization has become the future development trend of the construction industry.The emergence of prefabricated construction is a complete transformation of the traditional mode of production of the construction industry,it belongs to a very systematic and innovative industry.As the development of prefabricated construction in China is still in the rising stage,there are many technological innovation opportunities for enterprises.However,various types of enterprises have encountered various difficulties in the development of prefabricated buildings at present.There is still a great shortage of technological innovation capabilities,which has hindered the development of prefabricated construction.Therefore,this paper takes the enterprises related to prefabricated construction(development,design,production,construction,scientific research enterprises,etc.)as the research object,and aims to find out the key factors that affect the technological innovation capability of prefabricated construction of enterprises,and then provide effective suggestions for the government and enterprises to enhance the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises,break the bottleneck of the development of prefabricated construction,promote the smooth transformation and upgrading of the industry,and achieve sustainable development.Firstly,based on technological innovation process theory and enterprise dynamic capabilities theory,this paper divides technological innovation capabilities into three dimensions(research and development capabilities,manufacturing capabilities,and marketing capabilities);combined with the literature review,a set of influencing factors for the technology innovation capability of enterprises in prefabricated construction was sorted out,and expert consultation was conducted to determine the main factors that may affect the technology innovation capability of the assembly-building enterprise(included "external influencing factors" and "internal influencing factors").Based on these,the theoretical model is built and corresponding assumptions is made.Then the questionnaire is used to collect data,and to test the model hypothesis with the help of partial least square structure equation model(PLS-SEM)method.The study found that(1)Among the external factors of enterprises,government policies have a significant positive effect on the research and development capabilities and manufacturing capabilities of the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises in prefabricated construction,but have no significant impact on marketing capabilities;market factors have a significant positive effect on the manufacturing capabilities and marketing capabilities of the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises in prefabricated construction;the impact on research and development capabilities is not significant;(2)Among the internal influencing factors of the enterprise,entrepreneurship,industry-university-research collaboration have a significant positive effect on the three dimensions of the technology innovation capability of the enterprises in prefabricated construction;the innovation atmosphere of the enterprise has a significant positive effect on the research and development capabilities and marketing capabilities of the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises in prefabricated construction,while the path coefficients of the manufacturing capacity are not significant;innovation investment have a significant positive effect on the research and development capabilities and manufacturing capabilities of the enterprises in prefabricated construction,while the path coefficients of the marketing capabilities are not significant.Finally,according to the research conclusions of this article,we put forward targeted suggestions from the three levels of market,government policy and enterprise.
