| In the recent years,China’s architectural profession has faced many threats such as increasing labor expenses,heavy pollutions of the environment,low resources use,and low productivity of the construction industry,etc.How to meet the challenges through technological innovation has been a key task for building firms.The Smart Building technique,as an new technology,will have a deep influence on the concept and management mode of building firms while improving the production rate of the architectural sector.Smart building technologies will transform the production mode of conventional architectural buildings,which will make the architectural firms face a range of tasks,and how to deal with these risks is the issue that needs to be focused on the current development of innovation in the building sector.For the conventional architectural industry,staff is the main driver to push the development of business creation.Hence,under the general context of smart build,how to improve the dual innovation of staff becomes an essential way to boost the development of innovation of conventional construction company.This article takes the skilled workers of building firms as the target of study,and uses a mix of survey questions and practical tests to analyze the application of intelligent construction technology in the skilled workers of building firms.The initial proposition of the intrinsic relationship between intelligent construction technology,employee binary innovation,knowledge based dynamic ability and self-efficacy is put forward.Based on binary innovation theory,knowledge-based dynamic capability theory,and the theory of social awareness,this study builds a framework model of intelligent technology in smart construction as a precursor and knowledge-based dynamic capability as a mediator variable,employee dual innovation as outcome variable,self-efficacy perception as regulator variable.Through the empirical analysis of the scale data,the relationship between the above variables is obtained.The results show that:(1)Intelligent construction technology is positively affecting the employees’ exploratory innovation and utilization innovation in construction enterprises.(2)Smart building skills influence the ability of knowledge gain,knowledge creation and knowledge combination of staff in the building firms.(3)Knowledge acquisition ability,knowledge creation ability and knowledge integration ability are positively influencing the exploratory and utilization innovation of construction employees.(4)The ability of obtaining knowledge,the ability of creating knowledge and the ability of integrating knowledge play a role in intermediation between smart building construction technology and dual creativity of staff in building company.(5)Self-efficacy is positively regulating the impact of intelligent building technologies on employees’ knowledge dynamics.For the results of the above mentioned research,this paper gives the appropriate business response proposals. |
