Research On The Countermeasures Of Improving The Competitiveness Of Automobile Enterprises

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,cars have gradually entered the homes of ordinary people and become necessities of people’s lives.However,affected by the international and domestic situation and the internal environment of automobile enterprises,the overall competitiveness of domestic automobile enterprises is weak,and the development trend of automobile enterprises is not optimistic.Whether it is the technological innovation level,debt repayment level,growth level,scale level or profit level of automobile enterprises,they are more or less affected.Therefore,it is of great significance to use scientific methods to analyze the current situation of the competitiveness of domestic automobile enterprises,to help automobile enterprises recognize their own industry status,competitive advantages and disadvantages,to enhance the competitiveness of automobile enterprises,and to help automobile enterprises achieve considerable development.The research is mainly carried out according to the idea of "theoretical analysis-Construction of evaluation index system-Empirical Analysis-putting forward countermeasures".Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories,and combs the literature about enterprise competitiveness and automobile enterprise competitiveness of domestic and foreign researchers.Secondly,according to the principle and basis of the index system construction,drawing lessons from the existing relevant index system,and combining with the actual writing situation of the paper,this paper constructs the automobile enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system.Finally,with the help of principal component analysis,this paper constructs an index system with five index layers of technological innovation ability,debt paying ability,growth ability,scale ability and profitability as the first level indexes,including 14 related second level indexes.At the same time,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the competitiveness of 21 domestic A-share listed automobile enterprises by using the constructed automobile enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system,On the basis of empirical analysis,this paper takes BYD as an example.Empirical analysis shows that Lifan technology has the highest comprehensive score of domestic automobile enterprise competitiveness,and BAIC Blue Valley has the lowest score.At the same time,the development of each index level is unbalanced.In the case study of BYD enterprises,it is found that the comprehensive competitiveness of BYD enterprises ranks sixth,in the upper and middle levels.However,according to the score of each specific principal component,the technological innovation ability ranks 13 th,the debt paying ability ranks 16 th,the growth ability ranks fifth,the scale ability ranks third,and the profitability ranks 11 th.Compared with the 21 sample enterprises,the growth ability and scale ability have comparative advantages,the profitability and technological innovation ability have mediocre advantages,while the solvency is relatively lacking.Finally,combined with the results of the case analysis,from the five aspects of enterprise technological innovation,enterprise debt repayment,enterprise growth,enterprise scale and enterprise profit,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of BYD enterprises,in order to help BYD enterprises achieve better development,and help the steady development of domestic automobile enterprises.
