Study On The Design Of Tropical Island Type Rural Homestay

The country promotes village revitalization encourage innovation and entre Pren Eurship which provides well environment for villega homestay development.this article take West island Sanya as example,in-depth research on tropical island village homestay.West island is divided into West,Middle,East and New village,this article mainly to renovate design the surrounding area of west village in Ximao village so the west village can fulfil the village tourism requirements.The developed area of West island is divided into West island Tourism Scenic Area and and Ximao village,among them,the West village of Ximao village is near the Tourism Scenic Area,the main entry and exit are inside the West village so the West villege have better location and tourist resources than the others.So author will take West village as theme homestay area for design research.This paper mainly expounds the research background,significance and purpose of homestay,the research methods and the whole research framework;And the related concepts are explained,including the concept of homestay,the concept of island village,the advantages and disadvantages of homestay development in island village,and the case analysis of island village homestay at home and abroad;At the same time,it analyzes the current situation of Xi Mao village,including geographical location,natural environment,resource types,existing ancient buildings and existing homestay in the village,which paves the way for the design practice of the Theme homestay area in Xi Mao village.The design practice part mainly analyzes the design process of the Theme homestay area in Xi Mao village,West Island.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper,including the current research results,as well as the possible problems in the future development of homestay.The paper is the main part of this article,take Ximao village homestay area as example for research and comprehensive and specific analys.First with SWOT analys to positioning analys the theme homestay area,secondly according to the regional characteristic of Ximao village West island,design the theme homestay area by the guidance in the concept of ecological development and related policies include function layout,traffic flow,building design,landspace design.Design point is to extract and transform the ancient coral house and ocean elements to flexible use on building and landscape design.Ximao village have hundreds of years histosy culture,the village tradition culture also needs to be protected and inharited in development process.This article build a tropical island village house homestay with Chinese aracteristic by designing the homestay area of Ximao village West island,while continuing its historical and cultural features,make the design more in line with the needs of modern people by innovation design,in the same time,the traditional regional culture can be better inharted.
