| With the development of local tourism especially rural tourism, many districts have expanded the range of development. After the former Chaohu City being cancelled and redistricted to Hefei City, trans-Chaohu Tourism Zone has been constructed with great effort, which brings some traditional to-be-developed villages into development. Those villages with cultural historic value should be protected for sustained development. This thesis aims to provide useful methods and experience for renovation, programming and protection of traditional villages by a research on comprehensive improvement project of Chaohu Mushan island fishing vil age.Firstly, correlative concepts about traditional villages in scenic spots were explained in detail to define the nature. Dialectical relationship between protection and development was analyzed. The theme of traditional development as well as renovation was generalized by an elaboration of Rural Scenic Resource Theory and Sustainable Development Theory.Secondly, this paper introduces the engineering practice of Chaohu Mushan Island fishing village comprehensive renovation project. First introduced the fishing village location and status, based on from five aspects of the road system, municipal facilities, public service facilities, architectural style, the environment, and other features it carries on the analysis and the current situation of fishing village, and then of a detailed description of the design of fishing village comprehensive improvement project for; again from the five aspects, introduces the fishing village comprehensive improvement project construction achievements, fishing village comprehensive improvement project achievements in construction of the overall evaluation is given according to the related standards of construction are given, and from three aspects, such as infrastructure and landscape effect, building facades are for evaluation of construction achievements. Finally, it puts forward some problems existing in the project construction.With the assistant of documentation, experiences in government planning, designing and on site construction management were generalized. Common problems in traditional vilage improvement and adaptation were pointed out for the reference to similar projects. |
