| Driven by the development of the concept of vocational education in China,the training methods and curriculum system of secondary vocational education talents have been constantly reformed,but the comprehensive vocational competence of students in secondary vocational education still has a certain gap with the goal of personnel training in secondary vocational education in China.Social recognition is not high,and employment is still difficult.The core problem of the healthy development of secondary vocational schools is to solve the employment problem of students.It is very important to reform the talent training model and improve the quality of school education and teaching.The implementation of China’s modern apprenticeship training model has selected the direction for the talent training model in secondary vocational schools.This article summarizes the modern apprenticeship system by combing the connotation of the modern apprenticeship training model and analyzing the current curriculum system model under the modern apprenticeship system in China The idea of curriculum construction under the curriculum system.Based on the concepts and key points of the studio model apprenticeship course construction,the reform target of the course Mechanical Drawing of the mechanical specialty of the secondary vocational school is compiled.The improvement of teaching quality in secondary vocational education cannot ignore the subject of "students".Without the active cooperation of students and teachers in teaching activities,no matter how good the curriculum design is,it is still difficult to guarantee the high quality of teaching.Therefore,on the basis of fully analyzing the characteristics of students at the secondary vocational education level,this article analyzes the reasons for the contradiction between "teaching methods" and "learning attitudes" by means of survey questionnaires,and proposes under the modern apprenticeship curriculum system Reform strategy of Mechanical Drawing course:(1)Based on the relationship between master and apprentice,there are overall steps and procedures of the curriculum and the work implementation regulations of a single course,which makes the master and apprentice have behavior constraints and system guarantee,which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ professional awareness and professionalism.(2)Taking typical work tasks as the carrier,adopting the project-based or task-based work method in line with the students’ cognitive logic of learning,taking the students’ ability training as the training standard,the curriculum objectives are designed.(3)To set up the work execution regulations of a single course,we should conform to the concept of curriculum construction under the modern apprenticeship talent training mode,grasp the key points of curriculum construction in which schools and enterprises jointly participate and highlight the practical characteristics,and design the course practice process to stimulate students’ learning interest and learning motivation as the starting point,and to train professional ability and professional quality as the destination.(4)We should innovate curriculum assessment methods,avoid subject examinations that secondary vocational school students are not good at,reduce students’ learning pressure and burden,pay attention to positive incentive and assessment in the process of curriculum work,pay attention to the improvement of students’ quality,create learning atmosphere,cultivate learning interest,and help students complete the growth in the direction of occupation.Relying on the actual basis analysis of course design,the implementation process of "mechanical drawing" is specifically designed.The need theory is introduced in the design.From the new perspective of secondary vocational education level students’ needs,effective measures to enhance students’ classroom initiative and activate students’ learning motivation are given,and the effect is verified in teaching practice cases. |
