In recent years,prefabricated buildings are entering a high-quality development stage with the support of national policies.With the rapid development of modern prefabricated buildings,more professional requirements are put forward for their industrial workers.However,due to the insufficient number of assembly construction workers and the imperfect technical training system,the development of dress matching architecture is restricted.Cultivating high-quality industrial workers with skilled operation skills is conducive to accelerating the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,this paper formulates the following research objectives:(1)on the basis of reading literature and questionnaire survey,understand the current situation of assembly construction workers’ training;(2)Apply the new apprenticeship system and build an online training system based on learning style theory;(3)CIPP evaluation method is applied to evaluate and analyze the training effect of online training system.Based on the learning style theory and computer programming technology,this paper makes the following research on the New Apprenticeship Training of assembly construction workers by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and expert interview:Firstly,this paper refers to and studies a large number of documents and materials related to learning style,New Apprenticeship and construction worker training,investigates and understands the current situation of the training of prefabricated construction workers in China,analyzes and summarizes its shortcomings,and analyzes the feasibility and advantages of applying the New Apprenticeship Training Mode and learning style theory to design the training system on the basis of understanding the apprenticeship and learning style.Then,under the guidance of Fleming’s Va R learning style model,based on the new apprenticeship training mode,according to the training system objectives,the system framework is designed,and the composition of each functional module of the training system is determined,which is roughly divided into two parts: foreground learning system and background information management system.Through the understanding of the work content of prefabricated construction workers,design reasonable training content.Then use Dreamweaver software to realize the main functional modules of the web page,use SQL server to establish the database and compile the background information management system.Finally,according to the evaluation and analysis of the New Apprenticeship Training System of prefabricated buildings.Firstly,the evaluation model of CIPP is used to establish the effectiveness evaluation index system of training system.Then,the training system is applied to a prefabricated construction enterprise,the data are obtained by comparative experiment,and the evaluation data are analyzed.Finally,through the conclusion of empirical analysis,it is found that the training system can effectively improve the training effect,but it is necessary to improve the portability of the training system and enhance the learning atmosphere.To sum up,based on the study of the current situation of prefabricated building training,this paper constructs a more personalized training system by applying the New Apprenticeship and learning style theory.The system can realize the expectation of online learning of prefabricated construction workers,and display different learning interfaces for apprentices according to their different learning styles.At the same time,enterprise masters and college teachers jointly manage apprentices to ensure the training effect.Experience has proved that this system can improve workers’ learning enthusiasm and training effect,so as to cultivate more skilled workers for prefabricated construction enterprises,promote the development of prefabricated construction industry,and provide a new idea for improving the training quality of employees in prefabricated construction enterprises.
