Green building has become a key measure to deal with the sustainable development of resources and cities,and has provided an important role for the long-term and healthy development of economy,environment,and society.The mastery of the spatial distribution law and sequential development characteristics of green buildings is to guide the development of green buildings.Innovative practice and planning policy formulation are an important foundation for promoting the scale of green buildings and the construction of ecological cities.Using coefficient of variation,spatial autocorrelation,hot and cold,panel data regression,and geo-detector methods,explore the temporal and spatial characteristics and driving factors of green buildings.The main conclusions are as follows:From the perspective of development and changes,overall,the development of green buildings in 2006-2019 has changed greatly,and green buildings tend to develop in a differentiated manner.The coefficient of variation of the three time periods shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;in different time periods,14 years the total number of green buildings continued to increase.Among them,the eastern,central,and western regions all developed differentiated development.The coefficient of variation in the east increased first and then decreased;the coefficient of variation in the middle increased first and then decreased with a large degree of change;the coefficient of variation in the west continued to increase.From the perspective of spatial relationship,the development characteristics of national green buildings from 2006 to 2019 showed a steady upward-decreasing-rising trend in terms of time.There is a positive spatial relationship but agglomeration is weak.The identification of hotspots is mainly located in Guangdong,Shanghai,and Beijing;in the overall area,the east of the hotspot is Shanghai,the central part is Sichuan,and the west is Guizhou.The subcold spots are scattered around and in the central area of the hot spots.In terms of specific regions,the hot spots are in Shanghai in the east,Sichuan and Hubei in the middle,and Yunnan and Guizhou in the west.The driving factors of the spatial heterogeneity of green buildings are mainly GDP,the amount of foreign capital utilized,the amount of investment in fixed assets,the average sales price of commercial housing,the total output value of the construction industry,the end-ofyear urban permanent population,the rate of population increase,and the total amount of technical contract transactions.It is a positive correlation.Among them,the order of significant impact results is: total construction output value> average sales price of commercial housing> fixed asset investment> population growth rate> GDP> urban permanent population at the end of the year> actual use of foreign capital> industrial pollution control completed investment.From the perspective of spatial heterogeneity and the direction of action,GDP,actual use of foreign capital,and fixed asset investment are all positive in the three time periods and at the same time positive in the entire region,and the coefficient continues to decrease;the average sales price of commercial housing is in three The time period is positive and is also positive in the entire region,and the regression coefficient value continues to rise;the regression coefficients of the urban permanent population and population growth rate at the end of the year are both positive and negative,indicating that the urban permanent population at the end of the year has two differences in the spatial heterogeneity of green buildings.There are different effects;the regression coefficients of the total output value of the construction industry and the total transaction volume of technical contracts are positive,indicating that the total output value of the construction industry and the total transaction volume of technical contracts have a positive impact on the spatial heterogeneity of green buildings.Geographical detection results show that the order of factor detection is as follows:average sales price of commercial housing> total technical contract turnover> GDP> actual utilization of foreign capital> total construction output value> fixed asset investment> yearend urban permanent population> population growth rate.In ecological exploration,there is no significant difference between GDP and actual utilization of foreign capital,fixed asset investment and total construction industry output value,and urban year-end population on the spatial heterogeneity of green buildings.However,the average sales price of commercial housing and the total transaction volume of technical contracts have little effect on the green building space.The impact of heterogeneity is greater.The results of the interaction show a nonlinear enhancement.Among them,the average selling price of commercial housing not only has the largest q value in single factor analysis,but the q value of the total transaction volume with GDP and technical contracts is also above 0.90.Therefore,it is inferred that the average selling price of commercial housing is a green building space.The main driver of differentiation.
