Research On The Development Level Of Prefabricated Building Industry Based On Niche Theory

China’s prefabricated building is developing rapidly.The prefabricated building is an important way to realize the construction industrialization,and it is also the future development trend of the construction industry.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the development law,current situation and problems of the prefabricated building industry at this stage.This paper takes the prefabricated building industry as the research object and carries out a series of studies in combination with the theory of niche situation.First,it analyzes the concept of niche of the prefabricated building industry as well as the connotation and methods of niche situation by using the ecological niche theory,and according to the PEST analysis model and the situation theory,The ecological niche measurement index system of prefabricated building industry was constructed.After the analysis in this paper,based on the principle of objective and simple,the entropy value method is used to calculate the weight of the index.Then,combined with the actual situation of the development of prefab building industry in China,the relevant data of prefab building from 2012 to 2019 are obtained,which are substituted into the model for measurement,and the calculated results are analyzed and compared.Secondly,the niche calculation results of the prefabricated building industry are compared with those of other industries,and the results of the relative niche of the prefabricated building industry are obtained by using the model to reflect the contribution of the industry to the national economy,as well as its value and position in economic and social development.According to the measurement results and analysis,we can see that(1)the absolute ecological niche of China’s prefabricated construction industry showed a short rise under the unified promotion of the government in the early stage,and then showed a steady and slow rise for a long period of time,and began to show a downward trend in recent years.The policy factor and technical factor are the most important factors to promote the development of its industry,while its fluctuation and decline are largely affected by the social factor dimension.(2)The relative ecological niche of the prefabricated building industry shows a trend of steady and continuous growth,indicating that the contribution of the prefabricated building industry to the national economy in China is gradually increasing,but the fluctuation is severe and the development situation is not stable.(3)According to its ecological expansion rate,the development speed of the prefabricated construction industry only rose briefly in the early stage,and then the overall trend of decline,and the development speed met the situation of initial stagnation.It is also found that labor productivity,the number of employees,energy consumption and construction waste output have an impact on the expansion of industrial niche.In view of this,this paper combined with the evolution of the industry and the current situation of the relevant suggestions,for industrial development and industrial upgrading to provide reference.Then,the grey prediction model is used to predict and analyze the future development of the prefabricated building industry niche,in order to provide reference for the development of the prefabricated building industry and policy formulation.Finally,in view of the analysis results reflected in the assembly building industry in the development process of the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided.
