With the continuous development of society and the acceleration of economic globalization,enterprises are facing more and more cruel market competition.Employees should not only face pressure from the work itself,but also ensure that they can achieve career promotion under the premise of a firm foothold.It's important not only to balance work and family life,but also to build good relationships with colleagues,bosses,subordinates,and clients.The work pressure and turnover tendency of employees greatly impact the order of the whole society and related organizations,as well as the development of employees themselves.Based on the literature review on work pressure,dimission tendency and organizational atmosphere,and combining the existing research on dimission influencing factors and the actual situation of company D,this study believes that organizational atmosphere as an environmental factor has a certain regulating effect on the process of work pressure affecting employee dimission tendency,and proposes corresponding theoretical model.In this study of D company,human resources development situation and existing problems on the basis of the analysis summary,according to authoritative scale,by means of D company job employee high turnover rate of preliminary investigation,determine the accord with the actual situation of D company organization atmosphere item and dimensions,combining with the working pressure and turnover intention of maturity scale further preparation of a formal questionnaire,to carry out a formal investigation.Based on SPSS 21.0 software,one-way anova,correlation analysis and regression analysis were adopted to explore the influence of work pressure on employee turnover intention and the adjustment effect of organizational atmosphere.The results show that the benefits,normalization,clarity of organizational goals,efficiency,effort and performance feedback in the organizational atmosphere play a positive role between the employee's work pressure and the employee's turnover intention.The traditionalization plays a negative role between the employee's work pressure and the employee's dimission tendency.According to the above research results,this research,based on the perspective of organizational atmosphere,puts forward several Suggestions on the adjustment of employee turnover tendency under the high pressure of company D.Abandoning solidified thinking and gradually developing and innovating;Motivate employees to work hard and improve work efficiency;Focus on performance feedback to achieve performance management closed-loop.
