| With the rapid development of new urbanization in China,urban disease is also accelerating.In order to comprehensively solve these urban problems and achieve sustainable development,Tod theory of public transport oriented development has gradually attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad.Tod theory emphasizes more integration of rail transit and city,and proposes solutions to urban diseases from macro level,meso level and micro level,so as to make people’s life better.Tod theory has been developed from the original 3D principle and summarized into 5D principle and eight principles by scholars.The connotation of TOD is constantly deepening,but it is still inseparable from the three levels of line network,line and station.It is inseparable from the essence of traffic and city serving people together,and it is inseparable from the three principles of high intensity,diversity and reasonable design.Beijing is a city with dense rail transit network,but its TOD index is not high enough.In the context of building a world-class harmonious city,in the new era of people’s increasing demand for a better life,it is imperative to improve the TOD level of the capital Beijing and optimize the external space of the subway station complex.The innovation of this paper is that TOD theory is used to guide the external space design of subway station complex,and the relationship between the two is a blank in the current theoretical research.Based on TOD’s 3D principle of "high intensity,diversity and reasonable design",this paper summarizes three design strategies of "priority of slow traffic organization,diversity and sharing of functional organization,and reasonable design of space organization",which are applied to the design practice of Beijing Sub central city green heart project.Through literature reading,case analysis,comparative analysis,field research,spatial syntax,POI data analysis and other methods,this paper selects typical representatives in Beijing for field research,analyzes the traffic organization,functional organization and spatial organization,and summarizes the lack of accessibility and safety of the external space of Beijing metro station complex combined with the analysis of residents’ satisfaction In order to achieve the goal of slow traffic priority,mixed function and attractive space,rail transit can better serve the city and people’s life,and create a park city and LOHAS community. |
