Study On The Application Of Delicacy Urban Design Method For Historic District

With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the increase of urban population has brought many problems,and "urban disease" has appeared widely in big cities,especially in the old urban districts and historic districts with a long history.Although promulgated by relevant laws and regulations in recent decades country attaches great importance to the protection of historic district in the city,social and professional staff are also conduct the thorough research to the design problem of a historic district,but because of the protection is not mature and the extensive development mode,historical block is still present a bust,construction waste,poor street environment status,an aging population and other problems.Based on the background of urban development from incremental development to stock renewal,this study makes an in-depth study of relevant urban design theories from the perspective of refinement,and summarizes various technical routes and methods and tools of fine urban design covering geography,sociology,statistics,architecture,urban and rural planning,etc.Taking the northwest four and six districts and their surrounding areas as the research object,combined with traditional urban design methods such as in-depth and detailed field survey and literature collection,the research and analysis method of urban design with a fine perspective was used to carry out all-round and accurate analysis on the natural environment,built environment and social life of the research object.Secondly,using relevant design technical tools,guided by residents’ living needs and problems existing in the region,combined with the analysis data and results,the research object is refined and designed.Streets in the study area will be optimized and designed to improve the quality of public space in the historic blocks by classifying and repairing buildings and designing new street pieces.Finally in north west 4th six optimization design experience,summed up fine urban design method application method and the whole city design workflow,improve the efficiency of urban design professionals design,elaborating the urban design methods of the promotion in the historical block,realize the historic blocks in a beautiful environment,industry update,residents life vigor,the overall goal of happiness.
