In the current times,semiconductor and electronic control technology have entered in the rapid development,automotive technology entered the electronic period in the beginning of the 20th century.In these emerging automotive electronic products,the anti-pinch window lifter motor is becoming one of the products which are not only comfortable but also smart so that people can’t live without.The window lifter system is very complicated,some countries in Europe,Japan and Korea have researched the anti-pinch window lifter motor products for several years,the technology has been very advanced.But the domestic research about anti-pinch window lifter motor began in the beginning of this century,it’s very late.A number of companies hit the mark with some related products,but as a result of being late to research the automotive electronic technology,automotive industry overall level seriously drops behind some developed countries.So domestic research about anti-pinch window lifter motor is rare and the technology level is not very high,domestic vehicles are rarely assembled anti-pinch window lifter motor.So this paper is aim to research an anti-pinch window lifter motor with higher robustness and lower cost.This paper gives the model of window lifter and introduces the construction characteristic of window lifter and window lifter motor.Also this paper introduces the operational principle of four kinds of anti-pinch algorithm and compares the advantage and disadvantage of these four kinds of algorithm.Some key words related to anti-pinch algorithm are mentioned,including anti-pinch and non-anti-pinch range,system stiffness,soft stop and hard stop,motor thermal protection and the aim and method of motor calibration.Moreover,the relationship between force of anti-pinch and acceleration,the measurement method of acceleration and the change of circumstance(such as change of temperature and several kinds of rough road)are emphasized.The anti-pinch hardware design of ECU is described,including hardware design of LIN node,power management module,motor driver module,hall sensor design and three effective hardware design to optimize the electromagnetic compatibility.The software design includes:introduction of LIN bus specification and the development history of LIN protocol,some basic function software modules and the implementation process.These modules are controller initialization,switch monitor module,control lock module,up switch module,down switch module,soft stop module and calibration module.Some general tests and test specification for window lifter motor part level and car level in German OEM is also introduced.The part level tests include acoustic test,door system endurance test and high temperature endurance test.Car level tests include high/low temperature test and rough road test.These tests are aim to ensure the window lifter motor keep work normally after the car is sold to customers and keep the anti-pinch force under 100N in some extremely environments such as-30° c or+60° c.At last,the author forecast the anti-pinch window lifter motor development in the future.The direction is to develop lower cost,more function and more stable anti-pinch window lifter motor to achieve the function such as closing the window in rainy day,anti-theft alarm with other electric devices in car and to make the motor smarter and more convenient.
