As an new operation mode of the logistics industry,the cold chain logistics has the functions of fresh-keeping and low-temperature refrigeration.It is rapidly developed in fresh food,pharmaceutical products and special products that require cryopreservation.But due to its low temperature environment,refrigerating equipment is required to consume energy to maintain a low temperature state,which makes the cold chain logistics generates more greenhouse gas emissions than other common logistics that is inconsistent with related policies such as low carbon economy and low carbon logistics.However,there are few researches on logistics problems combining the low-carbon logistics and the cold-chain logistics at present.Therefore,this paper chooses cold-chain logistics as the main body,and the cold-chain logistics vehicle routing problem as the research object,while considering the time-varying road network problem exists in the actual logistics distribution.The cold chain logistics vehicle routing problem model under time-varying road network considering carbon emission is constructed.At the same time,This article designs the solution method and case analysis is carried out.The research content of the thesis is as follows:(1)The paper analyzes the operation process of cold chain logistics and the factors that affect carbon emissions,and provides a scientific basis for the reasonable and correct construction of a cold chain logistics distribution path model and a carbon emission calculation model.(2)This paper constructs a model of distribution routing of cold chain logistics under time-varing network considering carbon emission.Firstly,the fuel consumption in the cold chain logistics distribution process is divided.The mathematical model expression is constructed for the transportation process consumption and the consumption of the refrigeration process,and the carbon emission is calculated.Secondly,the distribution activities under time-varying road network are divided into single-time same-speed and multi-time multi-speed distribution,and the mathematical model expressions are given respectively.Then the mathematical model of fixed cost,penalty cost and cargo damage cost in the cold chain logistics distribution process is constructed.Based on the above analysis,a model of distribution routing of cold chain logistics under time-varing network considering carbon emission is constructed.(3)This paper sloves a model of distribution routing of cold chain logistics under time-varing network considering carbon emission.According to the advantages of artificial fish swarm algorithm and artificial ant colony algorithm,the fusion strategy of two algorithms is proposed,and the improved ant colony algorithm is constructed.In the hybrid algorithm,the adaptive step size and visual field strategy based on optimal artificial fish are introduced into the artificial fish swarm algorithm.In the artificial ant colony algorithm,the transfer time and time window are considered in the transfer probability calculation formula.And the use of global optimal paths and worst path information is enhanced in the pheromone update strategy.Finally,this paper uses the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the specific case.(4)This paper applies the model of distribution routing of cold chain logistics under time-varing network considering carbon emission and the artificial fish-ant colony hybrid algorithm to the case,and the validity and correctness of the mathematical model and algorithm are verified.The relevant influencing factors are analyzed.
