| In the whole life cycle of ship design,manufacture,and subsequent operation and maintenance,assembly has always been one of the important factors affecting ship construction quality.Due to the lag of the traditional assembly mode,defects in the design can only be found during field installation.In addition,when new employees are trained in the installation of large equipment,their skills are not high,so there are relatively Large security risks and will cause a lot of resource loss.With the continuous development of virtual reality technology in the field of industrial manufacturing,the above problems have found a breakthrough direction.The virtual assembly system can interactively operate the assembly process in a virtual scene to verify the assemblability of the design;it can also provide training personnel with a realistic assembly operation environment,thereby increasing interest and improving training efficiency.This paper conducts research on the installation process of ship’s rudder system,conducts in-depth analysis of its installation process,extracts key assembly parameters,and establishes an assembly information model.Based on the Unity 3D simulation engine,a virtual assembly system for ship rudder system is developed,and it has certain rudder installation learning and training functions.The main research work is:First of all,analyze the rudder system installation process and extract the key parameters of the rudder system installation.Combining the shipyard’s actual rudder assembly operation instructions and ship construction standard specifications,combing the rudder system installation process and focusing on the key operations such as rudder centering,rudder stock connection,and rudder handle connection;meanwhile,according to the rudder system installation The inspection items in the process extract key parameters that affect assembly quality,and provide theoretical support for the authenticity of the installation operation process in subsequent virtual scenarios.Secondly,build an assembly information model.Requirement analysis of rudder assembly information in a virtual assembly environment is performed.The rudder assembly information model is divided into three types: component attribute information,assembly relationship information,and assembly resource information.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the information model expressions such as connection graph model,adjacency matrix model,relational model and hierarchical model,a hybrid information model for rudder assembly was established.At last,develop a virtual assembly system for the rudder system.Based on the actual needs and application scenarios of the shipyard,the system needs analysis is performed to design the system architecture.Based on the Unity 3D virtual simulation engine,a virtual assembly system with user information management function,rudder system equipment recognition function,rudder installation knowledge management function,and rudder installation interaction function has been developed.After system testing,the results show that the system runs the process,responding quickly.Each function can be realized and has a certain learning and training effect. |
