| Up to now,container terminals have played a leading role in the global logistics field and become an indispensable link in the logistics chain.It is important to the transportation of goods.China’s 13 th five-year plan puts the safety construction of the terminal as the key point,which puts forward new requirements for container terminal,and at the same time,the development of container terminals faces new challenges.The production requirements of the container terminal are gradually improved.The equipment in the terminal has become the focus of attention.The normal operation of the equipment and the status of the equipment during the operation largely determine the production capacity of the terminal.In a terminal,an operation link is often completed by multiple devices with similar or identical functions.The concept of equipment group is put forward to study the equipment of a container terminal from the perspective of the whole.The influence of the status of the equipment group formed by equipment on the production operation of the terminal is explored from the system level.The relevant theories and thoughts of system science and the information entropy theory is introduced into the container terminal in this paper.Establish the formal expression about the state of the equipment group in the job,and a rational analysis of the evaluation system of equipment group of state the effects on the terminal.Build the simulation model of container terminal equipment group through simulation experiment research equipment group of state.The main research results are as follows:(1)Combining with the composition and the dynamic process of container terminal to analyze the uncertainty factors and the working principle in the process of operation in container terminal.Regard container terminal equipment group as the research object which has important influence on production operation of container terminal.Present the definition of equipment group.Clarify the structure,correlation and characteristics of equipment group.(2)Analyze the status of container terminal equipment based on the multi-state theory.Combined with the emergent property of the system,the device group state is derived from the device state.The equipment group state is divided into normal state,good state,inferior state and failure state.Analyze the state relationship between the device and the device group.Information entropy theory is applied to container terminal equipment group.The information entropy method is used to formalize the state of the equipment group.(3)Analyze the specific operation contents of the equipment group in the container terminal.Put forward the evaluation index parameters and calculation methods of the terminal forward equipment group,storage yard equipment group and field transportation equipment group.Build the evaluation model of the equipment group status by combination analysis method to evaluate the impact of the equipment group status on the terminal.(4)According to the operation process of container terminal in the actual project,the conceptual model of container terminal equipment group is established based on the simulation modeling theory.The Witness simulation software is used to build the simulation model of the container terminal equipment group based on the simulation modeling theory.The simulation experiment data were collected and the quantitative evaluation results of the influence of equipment group state were obtained by the evaluation model.Based on the information entropy theory,this paper study the status of the container terminal equipment group,and propose a general and feasible evaluation system and simulation model for the impact of the status of the equipment group on the terminal.The research results have important academic significance and engineering value for the application of system science in the container terminal. |
