With the rapid development of Internet technology,the shipping industry is transforming and upgrading towards the direction of intelligence,informatization and digitalization.The combination of shipping and information technology is the development trend of the shipping industry in the future.Most of the traditional loading computers are limited to the stand-alone version,the data between ship and shore cannot be exchanged,the shipping company also cannot monitor the status of the ship in real time,and the three-dimensional visualization function is less on the loading computer.The accuracy and timeliness of cargo information has a great influence on improving the efficiency of ship transportation and scientific decision-making of the company,and the loading and unloading of cargo is closely related to the calculation of ship loading.Based on the concept of "Internet +",by using WEB technology,database technology,Java programming language and Web Graphics Library(Web GL)3D display technology,the Internet,ship loading calculation and shipping cargo management are closely linked,the ship-shore safety monitoring and management are integrated together to achieve ship-shore data sharing,collaborative management and then ensure the safety of ship transportation.It is of great significance for the structural transformation of the shipping industry to form an online monitoring platform integrating loading calculation and shipping management.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the relevant technologies used in the integrated platform of shipping and loading.Combining with the actual needs,the structure mode of the platform is determined as Browser/Server(B/S)mode.The Struts2,Spring and Hibernate frameworks are selected as the platform structure,and the Java programming language is used for development in the background.The foreground uses WEB technologies such as Hyper Text Markup Language(HTML),Cascading Style Sheets(CSS),Java Script language(JS),Java Server Pages(JSP),and Easy UI framework for development,select My SQL database for data storage.(2)The conventional calculation method based on the hydrostatic curve and the matrix method by solving the linear floating state equations are used to calculate the ship’s floating state parameters.When the matrix method is used to calculate the floating state of the complete stability,the method of replacing the inclined waterplane with the waterplane passing the draft of the tail is used to simplify the solution of 7 waterplane elements in the Jacobi matrix to 4.A chemical tanker with a large block coefficient is selected as an example to calculate.The results show that using the simplified matrix method to calculate complete stability under large trim conditions has less floating error and fewer iterations,it also can be calculated in the heeling conditions,while the conventional calculation method can only be used for small trim calculation.Therefore,the platform uses the simplified matrix method to calculate the floating state of the complete stability.Through calculation and analysis,the calculation accuracy can also be guaranteed by using the matrix method to solve the floating state parameters of damaged stability.(3)According to the requirements,the platform is divided into 7 sub-modules:basic data module,system management module,voyage module,cargo module,loading calculation result module,news module and auxiliary tool module.Specific requirements analysis is carried out for the functions of each sub-module,and the functions of each module is displayed macroscopically through using case diagram,and analyze the non-functional requirements and feasibility of the platform.Then,the outline design according to the functions of each module is implemented.Entity diagram,table structure and Entity-Relationship(E-R)diagram are used to describe the attributes of the data table and the relationship between the tables in detail.Finally,the database design and table creation statements are completed by Power Designer software.(4)The design and implementation of the integrated platform for shipping and loading are described in detail by means of flow charts,sequence diagrams,realization effect charts and text,the main classes and methods involved in the development of the platform are introduced by using class diagrams.After using Eclipse software to complete the development of the platform,the functional and non-functional tests of the platform are carried out.The tests show that the platform generally meets the needs of users.
