| With the development of domestic intelligent manufacturing,MES(Manufacturing Execution System)manufacturing execution system requirements are getting higher and higher.For a complex discrete production line,there may be dozens of workstations and assembly models,and different process path combinations and a large number of raw materials,and other issues,how to improve production efficiency through MES improvement,quality control to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has considerable practical value.This article takes the production business of X Auto Parts Company as the research object,introduces the production process and MES overview of X Company,and after an in-depth analysis and summary of the relevant data,it is proposed that there is a lack of comprehensive data on the process,materials and quality in the production process.Correlation control of the whole production process,traceability data in the quality traceability lock cannot run through the whole production process,causing information faults,data islands and other problems.This article conducts in-depth research on this and puts forward corresponding solutions based on the characteristics of the production business.The main research work content and results are as follows:1)Constructed a model and algorithm for production preparation,covering all production operations such as materials,processes,and quality.Through BOM data matching,the complete set of materials distinguishes materials with traceability codes and batch materials,and makes different designs for the client,data structure and program logic.In the process complete set,it is proposed to verify the data consistency and completeness of the process parameters when the MES sends the process parameters to the PLC to meet the pre-production process set.The production process-oriented related control is used.The dynamic material pulling algorithm is proposed and the material pulling application kanban is implemented.The above improvements reduce the production preparation time in enterprise applications,improve the quality process control and significantly reduce the disconnection time of the material supply.2)The mapping of the whole production process traceability and the multi-product line association model are proposed,and the different mapping relationships between the key parts,batch materials,assembly products,and semi-assembly products involved in the production process are established and optimized,based on the recursive algorithm Optimize its forward and backward tracing algorithm.In batch material tracing,it is proposed and designed to realize accurate batch material tracing based on actual production deductions.Through the above-mentioned improvement in the application of the enterprise,the full BOM of the product is realized,and the accurate traceability of the entire production process reduces the cost of quality lock. |
