With the rapid development of economic globalization and the improvement of people’s living standards,automobiles have become an indispensable means of transportation in people’s daily lives.People’s demand for automobiles has greatly driven the development of the auto parts industry.However,since 2018,on the one hand,due to the slowdown in economic growth and continuous trade friction,on the other hand,because the country has ended the preferential policies for automobile purchase tax,some large cities have implemented vehicle purchase restrictions,which has severely restricted the development of the traditional automobile industry.The powertrain(engine,gearbox)manufacturing industry is a representative of the traditional auto parts industry.How to break the deadlock and improve the core competitiveness of the company under the premise of meeting customer needs is the focus of powertrain manufacturing enterprises to explore.As the automobile consumer group gradually tends to be younger,the personalized needs of customers are becoming more and more obvious,which puts forward higher requirements for automobile parts manufacturing companies.Customers not only need high quality products,but also require fast response speed and More personalized features.For auto parts manufacturing companies,it is necessary to realize the diversification and personalization of products while enabling stable and orderly production.To improve the production efficiency of an enterprise,a set of production management methods and production management techniques matching it is needed.Under the premise that the production line,production equipment,production process and other conditions of the powertrain workshop have not changed,the traditional production management model has been unable to adapt to the current stage of production management needs.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the construction of the powertrain production management system.By introducing the manufacturing execution system MES,the company’s production management status is improved and optimized.Powertrain production workshops have complex production lines,a large number of product varieties,and increasingly diverse vehicle requirements.Therefore,an information system that implements production information is becoming more and more important for the powertrain production process.In this paper,the research on the improvement of production management of F auto parts company based on MES,with F auto parts company taking the powertrain production workshop as the main body of study,adopts the literature research method,empirical research method,comparative research method,Research on the application of lean production theory and manufacturing execution system in the process of enterprise production management,analyze the production management status of the powertrain workshop,focusing on four aspects: production plan management,data information collection and equipment management,logistics management,quality management Carry out detailed analysis to find out the main problems that affect the powertrain production operation efficiency and production operation cost.After introducing the manufacturing execution system MES,the production planning management,data information collection and equipment management,logistics management,quality management four modules and MES The matching operating conditions and improvement effects of the system achieve the purpose of improving production operation efficiency and reducing production operation costs.In addition,although the MES system has strong information technology capabilities,it still needs strong support from standards,implementation,process,and improvement.It needs to strengthen standard management and training mechanisms,improve process monitoring and maintenance management,and continuously improve to ensure production management.Run efficiently.
