| The manufacturing execution system,as the management and control system of the modern production workshop,plays an important role in improving the information management level of the enterprise production workshop.The lack of considerations for system flexibility and system scalability in the current manufacturing execution system design process results in a lack of configurability of the manufacturing execution system and it is difficult to adapt to changes in the manufacturing environment and manufacturing process.In response to this problem,this paper has studied and constructed a configurable manufacturing execution system in a complex and changeable production environment.Taking the automotive filter as the research object,the production process and business flow of the automotive filter were studied.The overall functional structure of the configurable manufacturing execution system for the automotive filter production process was designed.Based on the configurable manufacturing execution system architecture,the four aspects of flexible data collection,configuration of process flow,traceability of product information under flexible production process,and control of flexible production process were studied.Using object-oriented thinking,the flexible data acquisition function of equipment under complex production environment is studied.The flexible data acquisition method of PLC module under multi-communication protocol mode is designed;the workflow model of configurable processing workflow is established by means of active network diagram.Process workflow model is defined universally,directed arc is used to represent the transitions between nodes in the model,and then the transfer function is studied in conjunction with the production rules in the processing flow.The transfer conditions between the nodes in the model are analyzed.The workflow process model for different process routes was designed;through the establishment of a process configuration-oriented,station-centered product traceability data expansion model,the database structure of the traceability module was designed,and product information traceability under the flexible assembly process was studied.Using the IDEF0 modeling method,the system’s production process control function model was established,the production process control of the product was studied,mathematical analysis was performed on the constraint conditions in the model,the constraints and control of the whole process of material on-line,product processing,product repair,product offline and product re-inspect are designed,and the process control of the process before and after is also designed.On the basis of completing the above key technology research,by using database,.NET,PLC communication and other related technologies,combined with the actual needs of the enterprises,a flexible and configurable manufacturing execution system for automotive filter is developed,and the feasibility of the system is verified through practical application.Moreover,due to the configurability of the system,the data acquisition module is scalable the system can be extended to more auto parts manufacturers,providing reference for the development of manufacturing execution systems for other automotive parts manufacturing processes. |
