In recent decades,China’s economy has undergone dramatic changes,the living standard of the people has also increased sharply,the consciousness of civilization has been strengthened,and the ecological environment requirements are getting higher and higher.At present,the function of the river cleaning boat is too single,can only clean up the river water and grass,the reeds on the river slope cannot be cleaned,but also cannot operate in the shoal and land,at the same time cannot go ashore on their own down the river,need to rely on cranes and trucks for transfer operations,high cost,low efficiency.Therefore,this topic is mainly aimed at the existing water and grass boat,reference amphibious vehicle working principle and engineering track vehicle chassis structure,design four track independent drive walking mechanism,only rely on the shore roll machine to assist traction can smoothly ashore,down the river.The walking mechanism not only improves the mobility of the water and grass boat,but also greatly increases its function.In order to ensure the smooth completion of river clean-up,amphibious water and grass boats can also carry out slope,shoal,land operations,greatly improving the efficiency of operations.The main studies are as follows:(1)According to the existing hull size,weight,working environment,reference to the working principle of amphibious vehicles and engineering track vehicle chassis structure,the existing amphibious water and grass ship heavy-duty chassis design requirements,and determine the main chassis performance parameters: driving speed,maximum climbing angle,ground ratio pressure,maximum traction and out,water safety angle,and the use of Solidworks software to draw the chassis structure three-dimensional model.(2)After determining the structural parameters,the mechanism dynamics need to be designed.The amphibious ship uses a hydrostatic drive system,because it is a four-track driven by a separate motor,it is necessary to ensure the synchronization of straight-line travel and steering stability,while meeting the different operating conditions for functional switching,the track chassis hydraulic system oil road design,and draw schematics.Determine the power,flow and pressure of hydraulic components such as drive motors,hydraulic pumps,various control valves,etc.according to operating conditions,and select the type.Finally,a three-dimensional model is established through Solidworks for the installation of hydraulic components and the connection of lines between them.(3)According to the hydraulic oil line schematic and the actual hydraulic component pipeline connection mode,the use of Solidworks to establish a three-dimensional pipeline connection model,you can determine the length of the pipeline,connector size,fitting mode,easy to purchase and install later.Then according to the implementation scheme of each function,the logic of the electronic control system is determined,and the electronic control element and the control system component are selected,the control program is determined,the control procedure is written,the amphibious ship track travel control is realized,and the reliability of the hydraulic system can be verified by the electronic control system.(4)Using Recur Dyn software for multibody dynamics simulation of amphibious ship track chassis,first of all,it is necessary to simplify the track chassis structure,use the Track LM module in Recur Dyn software to simulate the real walking conditions of the chassis,mainly to simulate the straight line,steering,climbing resistance of the amphibious ship track tightness change law,determine the minimum steering radius of the amphibious track.(5)Amphibious ship four-track driving test: first of all,no load test,four-track emptying,calculating the load-free track driving resistance consumption power,while observing the maximum travel speed of the straight line and calculating the theory of the minimum steering radius.Then the four tracks touch the ground,in the actual operating conditions,calculate the track travel steering radius,check the linear driving four track speed synchronization.And carry out the ashore river test,calculate the driving power of the upper and lower river track,and observe,water safety and stability.
