Evaluation And Visualization Analysis Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Quality In Eastern Qinghai Province

Rural human settlement environment is the basis of production and living of rural residents.Evaluation of rural human settlement environment quality can provide theoretical reference for the next stage of rural construction planning.As the pioneering area of reform and opening up in Qinghai Province,the eastern region of Qinghai Province is the core area of economic development in Qinghai Province and even the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.To improve the quality of rural human settlement environment in Qinghai Province has a prominent leading role and demonstration significance.Firstly,the spatial visualization analysis is carried out to measure the development status of rural human settlement environment.From living conditions,economic development and ecological environment,infrastructure and public services of five subsystems,build the eastern region of qinghai province rural living environment quality evaluation index system,to the county(district)as evaluation unit,based on the entropy value method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),evaluation index system of comprehensive measuring index weight of 2018,to the eastern region of qinghai province rural living environment measure,analyzes the present status of development and its spatial pattern is the visualization analysis.The results show that the quality of rural human settlement environment in the eastern part of Qinghai Province presents a spatial pattern of high in the central south and low in the surrounding areas,and high in the northeast and low in the surrounding areas,respectively,and most areas are at the medium level.In terms of each subsystem,the living conditions in Xining and Haidong administrative regions show a spatial pattern of low in the west and the west,and high in the east and low in the west.The level of economic development in Xining and Haidong shows a spatial pattern of middle-high and low-surrounding areas.The level of ecological environment in the study area presents a spatial pattern of high in the west and low in the south.The level of infrastructure in the study area presents a spatial pattern of high from east to west and low from north to south.In terms of public service level,the spatial pattern of Xining Administrative Region is higher in the north and lower in the south,while in Haidong Administrative Region,the trend of public service level is decreasing from north to south.Secondly,the characteristics and mechanism of the temporal change of rural human settlement environment in the eastern part of Qinghai Province were studied.In constructing the eastern region of qinghai province rural living environment quality evaluation index system on the basis of using the entropy method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),evaluation index system of measuring the index weight of 2010-2018,calculate the 13 counties(districts)of rural living environment quality score,probes into the research area from 2010 to 2018 to time variation characteristics of rural living environment,the difference of subsystem and the formation mechanism.The results show that :(1)the characteristics of time change.In the past nine years,the quality of rural living environment in the eastern part of Qinghai Province has been steadily improving.During the study period,the overall difference of rural human settlements quality in the eastern part of Qinghai Province showed a downward trend.Due to the different development policies of different counties(districts)and the imbalance of economic base among counties,the ranking of counties(districts)fluctuated greatly.There is no strong correlation between the development level of rural human settlement environment and economic activities in the eastern part of Qinghai Province,which is jointly affected by many factors such as living conditions,economic development,ecological environment,public services and infrastructure.(2)Subsystem differentiation characteristics.In these 9 years,the quality of rural human settlement environment in the eastern part of Qinghai Province has obvious systematic differentiation;The temporal differentiation of the system showed an upward trend in general.Among the system regional differentiation,the ecological environment subsystem has the least regional differentiation,the economic development and infrastructure subsystem has the least regional differentiation,and the housing conditions and public service subsystem has the obvious regional differentiation.Thirdly,the quality of rural human settlement environment is evaluated from the subjective perspective.In this study,a theoretical model of rural human settlements satisfaction was established.Based on the network questionnaire survey results of 13counties(districts)in the eastern part of Qinghai Province,structural equation model was used to analyze the satisfaction of rural human settlements in the eastern part of Qinghai Province.The results show that the ecological environment,public services,living conditions and infrastructure all have a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of rural human settlements in the eastern part of Qinghai Province,and the ecological environment is the key factor to determine the satisfaction of rural human settlements,followed by public services,living conditions and infrastructure.Therefore,in the development of rural living environment,priority should be given to the protection and construction of the ecological environment,followed by the synchronous development of public services,living conditions and infrastructure.Finally,according to the comprehensive evaluation results of the rural human settlement environment in the eastern part of Qinghai Province,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of the rural human settlement environment in different development stages and different types of counties(districts),in order to improve the quality of the rural human settlement environment comprehensively.
