The Study Of Human Settlement Environment Of Cheng Guan Town In Fangcheng County In Henan Province

Human settlements are the basis of survival and development of human being ,and they are the surface space which is closely related to human production and life. Today many urban problems come froth fradually. Meanwhile, higher requirements are proposed in people's living environment in terms of structure and function. In the background, the study on living environment which concerning quality of life of people is considered very valuable Small towns are the regions which are given the less attentions in research about living environment, but now the small towns have become ever more important part during the process of urbanization, so it is very necessary to do research in this areas.The paper takes Cheng guan town in Fangcheng county of Henan province as the study area.Considering local conditions the paper discusses in detail about the concept , connotation, and the features of living environment about small town, and also the demand characteristics of people on the basis of the theories and practice of human settlements in both china and overseas. It also summarizes the theoretical basis of the research of living environment .The paper evaluates the living environment of chengguan town by the method of satisfaction evaluation. In reference to the satisfaction evaluation of living environment at home and abroad in recent years , the paper analysis the content of living environment and the features of satisfaction deeply and then under the principle of science and comprehensive it selects 34 indicators from the living environment, infrastructure , public service facilities, landscape ecology and human environment of small town to construct the Index system of satisfaction evaluation which is fit to the small town. the paper uses the questionnaire survey method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the evaluation results which includes five level indicators and thirty-four secondary indicators and then dose the overall and Individual evaluation.Referring to the natural and economic construction of Chengguan town the paper analyzes the results of satisfaction evaluation The results show that the living environment of chengguan town are improved continuously, to a large extent the residents satisfies on it,however,there are some problem about the residential planning, environmental protection and improvement of human environment, the residential quality of life needs to be improvedFor the Status of the living environment of fangcheng town and the situation reflected from the questionnaire the paper proposes that the living environment should be optimized in four respects.First of all the comfort of living environment should be improved,the focus includes the planning between new town and old town and the work about the landscape improvements. Second,strengthen the construction of public infrastructure ,especially do the well in the facilities related to the rsidents in daily life. The third is that We need to protect the ecological environment, reduce noise and air pollution and Maintain the natural beauty unique to small towns. Finally, it should establish the social security system of chengguan town and make use of regional advantages, such as tourism resources, to provide more local jobs.At the end,the article summarizes the main conclusions, and innovation of the article ,and also discuss the shortcomings of the paper.
