Post-use Evaluation Of Qinglong Lake Park In Chengdu

This article takes Chengdu Qinglong Lake Park as an example,and uses post-use evaluation(POE)methods to conduct research from the perspective of user needs and behavioral activities.Through questionnaire surveys of users in the Qinglong Lake Park in Chengdu,interviews with park users and managers,environmental observations and user behavior activities of 8 scenic spots in the park,and observation and analysis of the overall environment of the park,each Scenic behavior map analysis,star rating,rating,and number of reviews on the public comment network Chengdu Qinglong Lake Park;word frequency analysis;comment sentiment analysis;comment semantic network analysis,and optimization suggestions for the deficiencies of each scenic spot,analysis summary The usage characteristics and user characteristics of the park,combined with the Likert scale method,comprehensively evaluated the usage of Chengdu Qinglong Lake Park.The results show that:(1)Usage:Advantages: Excellent natural conditions(climate comfort score of 4.17,lake shore natural beauty score of 4.11,environmental quietness score of 4.21);good public security(security management score of 3.97 points);natural design,The park construction and the natural environment can coexist harmoniously(the park ’ s natural(native)plant protection score is 4.06,and the coordination of park facilities and nature is 4.00),and the environmental sanitation is better(the environmental sanitation status is 4.03)).Insufficiency:(1)Landscape level of the park: single plant configuration lacks hierarchy(the score of the richness of newly planted plants is 3.84),lacks seasonal changes,and is not in harmony with the environment;the park is too rugged,lacking the finishing touch and features Insufficient sex(regional characteristic score is 3.75);human landscape resources have not been fully utilized and displayed(historical and cultural display score is 3.45).(2)Park service facilities: lack of popular science education(the score of the number and convenience of popular science education facilities is 3.39,and the score of popular science education display is 3.43);the amusement facilities are single and lack of participation(the score of the abundance of entertainment facilities is 3.39 points,activity type diversity score is 3.45 points,activity participation score is 3.44 points);lack of activities for middle-aged and elderly people;traffic stops to be improved(traffic stops(parking spaces,rental points,etc.)number of facilities,Convenience score is 3.65);business service facilities are incomplete(commercial service facilities(taverns,tea houses,vending machines)number and convenience score are 3.36 points);barrier-free design is ignored(barrier-free design(railing,slope Dao,etc.)scored 3.81 points).(3)Park management level: The safety of the park is insufficient(the score of the lakeshore safety is 3.85);the maintenance of the natural and human landscape of the park is not in place.(The facility maintenance level score is 3.77,the animal resource protection degree is 3.65,the lakeshore environmental protection degree is 3.92,and the newly planted plant maintenance score is 3.89);the transportation fare is unreasonable;the guidance is poor(The number of marking facilities(park maps,street signs,signs,etc.)and orientation score is 3.63 points).(Note: 1,2,3,4,and 5 points represent very dissatisfied,less satisfied,average,relatively satisfied,and very satisfied).(2)Optimization suggestions:(1)Optimization of the landscape level of the park: enrich plant configuration,seasonal changes and characteristics,and pruning and finishing plants in a timely manner;enrich the construction of cultural landscapes such as the Zhuxi Ancestral Hall and Ming Shu Mausoleum,and increase publicity.(2)Optimization of park service facilities: meet the needs of users of all ages;strengthen the infrastructure and maintenance of park rest,business services,health,etc.;enrich the transportation routes,increase the configuration and construction of transportation and parking facilities;pay attention to no Obstacle design,consider the use of special groups;enrich the setting and organization of scientific popular education facilities in the park.(3)Optimization of the management level of the park: strengthen the monitoring,protection,warning and prompting functions of the park;set up maps and signs to enhance the guiding function of the park;set up a flexible and reasonable park fare system.
