Based on the good wetland ecological environment and landscape resources, urban wetland park has many functions, such as conserving urban water resources, protecting biodiversity and regulating regional climate. In recent years, due to the country’s active promotion of wetland protection and restoration projects, the construction boom of wetland parks has been set off everywhere, and the number of wetland parks has been increasing, but the needs of users have been ignored in improving the overall environmental quality of wetlands. At present, the research theory and practice of Post Occupancy Evaluation have been widely used at home and abroad, but the comprehensive evaluation research of urban wetland parks based on users’ perspective is still relatively lacking, and there is a lack of practical and specific guidance methods for the development and utilization of wetland parks. In view of the problems existing in the current design of urban wetland park, this paper takes Changsha Songyahu National Wetland Park as the research object, takes post-use evaluation as the main basic theory, integrates environmental behavior theory, recreation theory and place theory, and studies the post-use evaluation and optimization strategy of urban wetland park according to the technical route of"collecting data—sorting out and analyzing data—making comprehensive evaluation—proposing promotion strategy".Firstly, the basic situation, objective environmental characteristics and use evaluation of Songya Lake National Wetland Park in the research area are formulated in detail. The source, collection and processing methods of the research data of the comprehensive evaluation scheme of the park are explained,so as to prepare for the subsequent network evaluation research and survey data analysis of Songya Lake wetland landscape.Secondly, the demographic characteristics, distribution characteristics, use characteristics and behavior characteristics of park users are investigated by questionnaire survey, real observation and behavior record, and the spatial behavior and environmental psychology of park users are analyzed and evaluated.Thirdly, the overall image perception of the park is analyzed by crawling Weibo’s evaluation text;Taking the results of online text analysis as a reference and the needs of users as the foothold, five criteria layers and 33 index layers were screened out to build a comprehensive evaluation index system for Songyahu National Wetland Park in Changsha. The semantic difference method and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the satisfaction and importance of each evaluation factor, and the quartile model method is combined to make a comprehensive analysis, which provides an intuitive basis for the promotion plan. Finally, the problems existing between the environment of Songya Lake National Wetland Park and users’ needs are summarized, and the optimization strategies and transformation schemes are put forward from five aspects:the whole park, wetland function, recreation experience, supporting facilities and management and maintenance,so as to improve its service level and use efficiency. In this paper, the post-use evaluation of Changsha Songyahu National Wetland Park was conducted by means of online evaluation, questionnaire, observation records and interviews, and the evaluation system was optimized, which enriched the application of POE theory in urban wetland parks. The results of evaluation and analysis were combined with optimization suggestions, and practical planning and design strategies were applied, with a view to providing scientific basis for the construction and upgrading of urban wetland parks.
