| The aviation industry production has the characteristics of high complexity and high precision.The traditional production method relies on paper records,artificial memory and work experience,which requires a lot of labor costs,and is prone to errors and even accidents.This thesis designs and develops workshop production assistant platform based on augmented reality.Based on 3D modeling technology,a digital process sheet library is constructed;established a management platform to realize production data storage and management;based on augmented reality real-time recognition and virtual-real integration technologies to realize workshop production guidance and feedback.This platform is conducive to improving production quality,reducing operating errors,regulating recording standards,and saving labor costs.The main research results of this thesis are as follows:Completed the design and production of three-dimensional model and process sheet.Using 3DMAX designed and made 3D models of products and parts,to provide model support for the production management platform at the Web side and the production assistant platform at the mobile side.Completed the making of the process sheet library based on the three-dimensional model,to provide production information for the production assistant platform.Completed the design and implementation of the Web side production management platform.This platform has designed and developed production plan release,production process management,personnel management,material management,process cards and three-dimensional model entry,display and management for workers in different positions.Through the above functions,the information management of the process and the standardized storage of production data are realized,which provides data support for the mobile production assistant platform and provides a basis for production quality monitoring.Completed the design and implementation of the mobile production assistance platform.For production personnel and quality inspectors,based on the Android system and augmented reality technology,functions such as real-time recognition,fusion display,process guidance and product information feedback have been designed and developed.Based on real-time recognition technology,identify scene signs or physical features in real time,display production process information in a fusion of virtual and real;based on virtual and real fusion technology,display process guidance and process requirement information;realize product information feedback and query functions to assist production personnel and quality inspection personnel to complete production and quality inspection.Finally,the platform function test was carried out.The test results showed that the functional process is complete and the real-time identification is accurate.The production personnel use real-time identification and fusion display to obtain process information and production guidance,which is beneficial to ensure the production process specification and product process accuracy,and helpful to improve production and save labor costs. |
