| After several years of construction,China’s electricity market reform has been effective,most of the country has established by the provincial power trading center operated in the middle and long term electricity energy markets.With the deepening of reform,the pilot of spot market and auxiliary service market has been carried out,which brings new problems and challenges to the participation of market subjects in the electricity market.Under such circumstances,it has become a realistic problem for hydropower companies to make use of their advantages of good regulation performance and strong regulation ability,optimize the declaration strategy and improve their earnings under the circumstance of deepening market-oriented reform and increasing demand for frequency regulation of power grid.This paper studies the participation of hydroelectric power station in the electricity energy market and the regulation market.This paper first introduces the construction of China’s electricity market,then establishes a robust model of hydropower station participating in the medium and long term electricity energy market and regulation market,and finally explores the problem of hydropower station participating in the electricity energy spot market and regulation market simultaneously by using scenario analysis method.The main research results are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem of hydropower station participating in the electricity market during the transition period when the medium and long term electricity energy market and the regulation market run jointly,based on the IGDT method,a robust optimization model with the aim of minimizing the price fluctuation range of the regulation market is established.In view of the uncertainty of water level change caused by the participation of hydropower in the regulation market,the successive iterative method of first hypothesis and then verification is adopted to control the water level variation within a reasonable range.Finally,the Manwan Power Station in Lancang River Basin is taken as the background for calculation,and the declaration strategy of hydropower stations is worked out.The influence of participating in the regulation market on the water level fluctuation of hydropower stations is analyzed,and the effect of the income declaration strategy is verified by constructing the electricity price scene.The results prove that the strategy of the proposed robust optimization model can resist the fluctuation of the clearing price of regulation mileage to a certain extent,which provides a reference for the decision makers of hydropower stations.(2)Aiming at the problem of hydropower stations participating in the market during the mature period of the electricity market which is operated jointly by the regulation market and the spot market,the K-Means clustering method is used to reduce the scene of the historical clearing price of the combined market,extract the typical scene of electricity price,and establish the optimization model of hydropower stations participating in the combined market based on the scene analysis method.Calculate the optimal strategy of cascade hydropower station participating in combined market under different scenarios.Finally,with the Lancang three cascade hydropower stations as the background,using the American PJM electricity market the price of electricity a year as a historical price data sequence simulation analysis was carried out on the issue,and will the strategy and the historical average method,comparing the income strategy results show that this model strategy combination will be better able to cope with the market price volatility. |
