| With the continuous optimization and upgrading of the modern construction industry mode,the construction mode,management tools and operation methods have undergone significant changes.The EPC general contracting mode with the characteristics of the times and advanced plays a crucial role in the future development of the construction industry.Due to the large number of participants,wide coverage and long duration of EPC project,there are great risks.Therefore,how to promote the smooth completion of EPC project and strengthen risk control has become an urgent problem to be solved.As the largest water system treatment project in Northeast China,EPC y project has 48 participating units and 113 subprojects.Each participating unit has a complex relationship,and the construction is difficult.Therefore,as an EPC general contractor,China Construction Railway Investment Corporation is facing greater risks.Based on this,this thesis selects y EPC project of China Construction Railway Tuo as the research object,according to the risk characteristics of EPC project,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of Y EPC project,identifies the risks affecting y EPC project of China Construction Railway Tuo,and finds that there are design risk,procurement risk,construction risk,natural risk,economic risk,management risk and contract risk Seven risks.Through the establishment of a targeted questionnaire,it is found that the main problems of project risk response are poor information communication,risk control personnel can not meet the needs of risk response,and risk control means are not perfect.In order to ensure the implementation of the risk management scheme of EPC y project of China.This paper analyzes the existing problems of risk control of EPC general contracting Y project.Construction Railway trust,the thesis finally puts forward the corresponding risk control measures,that is,improving the information control means,improving the management level of risk control personnel and improving the risk control means.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of these measures,the thesis also puts forward some safeguard measures,including further improving the risk management and control organization,enhancing the awareness of risk management,improving the risk management and control system and improving the professionalism of project risk management and control.And put forward the relevant safeguard measures of project risk control.Through the risk control of EPC y project of China Construction Railway Corporation,it is helpful to improve the risk management ability of EPC project of China Construction Railway Corporation.Through a series of investigation and research,this thesis finally establishes the risk control system of China Construction Railway of EPC y project,and puts forward targeted risk control measures,so as to better improve the risk management level of the project,it can be used for reference to the company’s follow-up projects. |
