| As an important place to relieve the pressure on urban land and carry some urban functions, underground space has developed rapidly under the background of sustainable improvement of urbanization and the driving of track traffic;in the information era,the rise of e-commerce has led to the decline of physical commerce, especially underground commerce Space,it is worth our thinking to improve the closure of the original environment of underground space, create commercial walking space different from the above-ground commercial street, and promote the vitality of urban underground commercial space. For users, walking is an important part of the underground shopping street, and it is of great significance to study the walking experience of the underground shopping street.By constructing an evaluation model for the pedestrian experience of underground commercial streets, this research conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the underground commercial streets based on the experience perception of pedestrians, explores the factors affecting the walking experience, and proposes targeted optimization strategies and suggestions.By reviewing and summarizing relevant researches on underground commercial streets and walking experience at home and abroad, based on Brunswik’s lens model theory, this article constructs an underground shopping street walking experience evaluation model.According to literature review and walking space demand theory, direct cue, indirect cue and target evaluation in the evaluation model were determined;Selecting Qingdao Zhongfang Commercial Street,Huangdao City and Dalian Shengli Underground Shopping Corridor are the research objects,Through field research and questionnaire survey, basic information such as personal attributes and travel characteristics of walkers,as well as quantitative data such as walking perception, are obtained.Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and correlation analysis, overal evaluation is made on the underground commercial street and environmental factors affecting walking experience are summarized and analyzed. Finally, according to the target evaluation principle in the evaluation model, the paper summarizes the existing problems of the selected underground commercial street from six aspects of continuity, comfort, variet, pleasure, safety and convenience and disguss the factors that influence the walking experience.Combining research conclusions and space optimization principles, summarize strategies and suggestions for improving the walking experience,it mainly includes perfecting pedestrian service facilities, improving pedestrian environment quality, optimizing spatial identification system and shaping urban cultural space. It is hoped that the research on the walking experience of the underground commercial street can provide relevant research basis for the renewal and design of the underground commercial space in the future. |
