Study On Fire Risk Influencing Factors Of Underground Commercial Street

With the acceleration of urbanization,land resources are increasingly scarce,in this situation,underground commercial streets have been booming.However,with the continuous development of the underground commercial street,its disadvantages are becoming more and more obvious,which attracts more and more public attention.A statistical analysis of past underground safety accidents shows that most of the casualties were caused by the inability of trapped people to evacuate quickly and prolonged exposure to smoke.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the fire risk factors of underground commercial streets to guarantee the safety of human life and property.Based on the fire characteristics of underground commercial streets,this paper consulted a large number of relevant fire safety literature and materials,combined with the Code for Fire Protection in Building Design(GB50016-2014)and other relevant codes,and the opinions of experts in the field of building fire safety and relevant senior fire workers.An index system of fire risk influencing factors for underground commercial streets was established from the aspects of personnel,equipment,environment and management.The influence factors were screened by referring to the feedback of experts.Finally,an index system of fire risk influencing factors for underground commercial streets was obtained,which consisted of 4 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators.Secondly,the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to establish a risk analysis model to analyze the impact degree of risk factors on the fire risk of the underground commercial street.In addition,based on the interaction relationship among influencing factors,the influence relationship matrix among factors is constructed to establish the Dematel model of influencing factors.It is complementary to the improved AHP method,and the synthetic importance is introduced to reduce the human subjectivity of the first two methods.Combined with the actual situation of commercial street,on the basis of a certain underground mall fire safety research,the weights of decision makers and improved AHP layers,DEMATEL center degree and reason-the result diagram,get the underground mall fire risk factors of comprehensive importance sorting,fire safety management improvements are put forward.After analyzing the importance of fire risk influencing factors of underground commercial streets,it is found that the key influencing factors of fire risk of underground commercial streets include fireman’s rescue ability,combustible risk,fire safety culture atmosphere,etc.,which need to be improved.Because the underground shopping mall has a flue gas release,the difficulty of evacuation particularity,and crowds gathered density,mechanical smoke exhaust system status,fire smoke alarm system status,travel distance and so on several important degree is relatively high,need to improve the underground commercial street,thus reducing the fire accident probability,to ensure the safety of people’s life and property.
