Because of its high efficiency,high reliability,long working life,easy maintenance and other advantages,gear transmission system is widely used in vehicles,ships,industrial robots,engineering machinery and other fields,and its working performance has a great impact on the whole mechanical system.With the rapid development of digital and intelligent technology,customer demand presents the characteristics of diversity,flexibility and customization.To meet customer requirements and shorten product development cycle,collaborative design mode has been widely popularized.Collaborative design of gear transmission system refers to that multiple designers complete the design of gear transmission system through data interaction and specific collaborative mechanism from configuration,structure,performance,and other aspects,facing different design objects such as gear,shaft,box,etc.Accordingly,this paper focuses on the key technologies of collaborative design of gear transmission system,the main work are as follows:(1)Research on task planning method of gear transmission system collaborative design:based on the task decomposition of gear transmission system design,a global and local task planning method based on fuzzy design structure matrix(FDSM)is proposed to solve the problem of complex coupling relationship between tasks,serious rework and chaotic design process in gear transmission system collaborative design.(2)Research on data collaboration technology of gear transmission system based on unified data model: the concept and construction method of unified data model are introduced,and the unified data model is expressed by neutral and readable XML language.The data collaboration mechanism based on the unified data model is established,and the effective data transfer and mapping among design tasks are realized by the way of identity mapping.(3)Research on the construction technology of unified data source for collaborative design of gear transmission system based on MBD: refer to relevant standards and facing the characteristics of structural parts in gear transmission system,the expression specification of geometric data and non-geometric data of MBD(Model Based Definition)model of gear transmission system is studied.The 3D model is taken as the only carrier of product definition data to improve communication efficiency and guarantee the consistency of data version.(4)The prototype system of collaborative design system for gear transmission system is developed.The key function modules of the system,such as process management,data management,APP encapsulation,are described.Taking the collaborative design of Metro reducer as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the system and related key technologies are verified.
