With the continuous increase of port throughput and the large-scale development of ships,in order to ensure the future development of the port,dredging projects,such as rebuilding and expanding the original channel or building new channel,are often needed to improve the navigability of the channel.At this time,the channel is in the state of navigation and construction at the same time.Especially for the ports with a certain throughput scale,the navigation of vessels and the construction of dredgers will influence each other.However,there is a lack of quantitative analysis on the influence between port operation and channel dredging in the existing research on the dredger scheduling.Therefore,in order to quantitatively evaluate the influence between port operation and channel dredging,configure appropriate dredgers and make appropriate construction schedule of dredgers in the dredging project,this paper conducts optimization research on dredger scheduling in channel dredging project and the main research contents include:(1)The contents of dredger scheduling in channel dredging project are clarified,and the influencing factors of dredger scheduling are analyzed from two aspects of dredging construction conditions and dredgers resources.At the same time,the influence of port operation on channel dredging project and the uncertainty of dredger scheduling are analyzed in detail.(2)Aiming at the uncertainty of dredger scheduling,a simulation optimization model of dredger scheduling in channel dredging project is established by using simulation optimization theory.With minimum dredging cost as the optimization objective,the construction schedule of dredgers,the best overflow time of dredgers and rules for navigation between dredgers and trading vessels as decision variables,and ensuring the navigable efficiency of the channel and the timely completion of the dredging project as the main constraints,the optimization model of dredger scheduling is established.At the same time,based on the multi-agent simulation technology,a simulation model of vessel traffic flow for navigable channel dredging is established.The model can simulate the whole process of construction operation of dredgers and the whole navigable process of trading vessels,quantitatively analyze the interaction between trading vessels and dredgers,and solve the optimization model.(3)Taking the channel dredging project of a port as an example,the optimization schemes of dredger scheduling under different dredgers resources are obtained by using the simulation optimization model of dredger scheduling in channel dredging project and the interaction between port operation and channel dredging under each optimization scheme is quantitatively analyzed,which can provide technical support for the dredger scheduling in channel dredging project and promote the design of dredging project more refined development.
