With the continuous development of our economy,the operation of uur enterprises in the global economic system is gradually accelerating.All enterprisres should not only face the competition of domestic enterprises,but also face the competition of foreign enterprises.Especially after the transfer of a Large number of rural pppulation to the city in China,the housing demand in the city has increased,which has promoted the rapid develomen of Construction enterprises,and more and more enterprises have joined the construction industry-If each construction enterprise wants to stand in the fierce market competition,it must improve its own competitive advantage,among which talent is a very important resource.in human resources management performance appraisal is a very important content,scientific Performance appraisal can improve the comprehensive quality of employees and enthusiasm for work,help employees and companies to find their own shortcoming in the process of development,and timely adjust the direction ol development and take solutions to strengthen the stability of Ihc enterprise staff,improve the performance level of the whole enterprise.YS construction company is a real estate development and construction the main business enterprise,facing a very fierce competition environment,but there are many problems in the performance appraisal of YS construction company at present.Based on this,this paper takes YS construction company as the research object,carries on the research to its performance appraisalquestion.Starting with research background and significance and related concepts and theories,this paper investigates the basic situation of human resources in YS construction company,and expocods the main methods and standards of employee performance appraisal in YS construction company at present.Then,this paper investigates the employees of YS construction company by means of questionnaire and interview.The performance goal is separsted from the company goal,the performance appraisal index needs to be perfected backs the effevtive performance construction and so on,After index needs to be perfected,lacks the effective performance communication and so on.After in-depth analysis,it is found that the main reasons for these problems lie in the failure to establish a perfect performance feedback system,unscientific breakdown of performance objectives,managers’ lack of understanding of performance appraisal,etc.Finally,the purpose and principles of this optimization are clarified,and then the employee performance appraisal is improved from the aspects of determining the performance appraisal goal,perfecting the performance appraisal index and strengthening the performance appraisal feedback and improvement.From the four aspects of organization security,personnel security,system security and culture security,effective safeguard measures are put forward.This paper hopes to provide some reference value for YS construction companies and other construction enterprises to improve their employee performance appraisal through the study of employee performance appraisal in YS construction companies.
