| Consumer electronics are booming right now.As China’s largest contract manufacturer,the electronics industry has made important contributions to China’s economic growth and employment.At the same time,its manufacturing technology and management technology are also facing severe challenges.Electronic products update fast,the variety is increasingly diverse,the process complexity is more and more high,in the low cost production conditions,high quality products is an eternal problem in the electronic industry.How to improve the quality of products in the electronic industry,and then improve the timely delivery rate and customer satisfaction is imminent,which is also a common problem faced by every electronic OEM manufacturing enterprises.This article takes the product A of F OEM electronics company as the research object,based on the theory of quality management and quality control,and on the basis of analyzing the problems in the processing and manufacturing system of A product,using Pareto principle to carry out the production of A analysis.Processing quality during product processing and manufacturing data,thus come to the conclusion that A product quality problem is mainly composed of A line homework personnel operation is not standard,production equipment,auxiliary equipment performance is not stable,existing stencil can’t satisfy the different demands of different components on the solder paste,problem,the material components of A product such as short circuit,virtual welding problem.The main measures taken to improve the quality of Product A include improving the operation ability and execution ability of front-line operators,using DMAIC,A simple process mode of six Sigma,to improve the production equipment,auxiliary equipment and other problems in the production,processing and manufacturing process of Product A,and replacing problematic material components.In order to ensure A quality improvement effect,protection measures are put forward,using 5 according to analysis method analysis involved in the process of processing and manufacturing of hardware including material storage,the main production and processing equipment,software includes four aspects:production management system,personnel,using the WSR methods to analyze A product quality defects process problems and causes,through the input,process,activity,output system combining hall three-dimensional structure to improve warehouse management system,improve staff quality at the same time,clear F department responsibilities,specification F the company’s internal management and related documents,etc.After analyzing the qualified rate data of product A’s quality circulation after improvement,the results show that all the data have met the customer’s requirements,the quality of product A has been greatly improved,the cost loss caused by defective product A has been greatly reduced,and the improved methods and measures are effective,which have important practical significance for F company to improve the quality of product A.At the same time,this method can also help F company to improve the quality of other products,and the improvement method in this paper can also be used for reference by its peers. |
