| According to chinaiol.com,China’s household air-conditioners production accounted for82.7 percent of global output in 2020.China has become the largest air-conditioning production base and consumer country,and has become a competitive market for major appliance companies.Only with reliable product quality can an enterprise win the competition.Using a single method is not systematic and comprehensive enough to analyze the product quality.This article combines the advantages of Six Sigma DMAIC improvement process and TRIZ’s problem-solving innovation solutions to construct the framework of the integrated improvement process of DMAIC and TRIZ theory.Based on the after-sale quality problem of refrigerant leakage of household air-conditioners in S company,using the integrated improvement process framework to diagnose,this article analyzes and solves problems.The diagnosis process mainly uses the Pareto chart and functional analysis to clearly describe the quality problems of the product;The analysis process mainly uses fishbone diagram and causal chain analysis to cause the main reasons for the problem;In the solution phase,apply TRIZ analysis problems and problem-solving methods to find innovative solutions.Finally,it provided S company with an innovative method to solve the problem of refrigerant leakage quality,which improved the product quality of S company and enhanced the product market competitiveness.This article uses a case study to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the improvement process framework,and also provides a reference for the quality improvement methods of household appliances. |
