| Performance appraisal is an important means of company management,but a series of related problems will arise in the course of its deployment.As a representative airline company in the region,Airline X cannot afford to ignore the performance appraisal of its dispatchers.With the improvement of the living standards of our citizens,the business travel needs have been keeping increasing,which leads to higher requirements for the performance appraisal of airline personnel than ever before.At the same time,more and more related problems have been exposed.Under this background,the study of the performance appraisal of X airlines dispatchers will help the company develop and improve its dispatcher performance appraisal system,so as to meet its own demand for performance appraisal.Based on X airlines as an example,this paper by means of questionnaire survey,data analysis,performance feedback,was analyzed by using the actual data of the existing dispatch personnel performance appraisal problems and countermeasures of dealing with,this paper introduces the concept of dispatch personnel and performance evaluation,and points out the key performance indicators(KPI)method,the concept of levels,’and the insufficiency,principles and process;Analysis of the performance assessment characteristics of the assigned personnel of X Airlines,including the introduction of X Airlines,the composition of the assigned personnel team,and the responsibilities and characteristics of the assigned personnel;This paper points out the existing problems of the performance appraisal of the sign-up personnel of X Airlines by using the satisfaction survey of the performance appraisal of the sign-up personnel of X Airlines,including the description of the questionnaire design,the survey methods and objects,and the data statistics and analysis.Then it is the design of the performance appraisal index of the aviation dispatching personnel affiliated to X Company,and describes the principles of X Airlines in designing the KPI performance appraisal system and related indicators.Then is the signatory personnel performance appraisal optimization protection measures;Finally,the conclusion and the prospect of the future are summarized.From the perspective of practical significance,the study on the performance appraisal related problems caused by the signatory personnel of X Airlines is conducive to giving play to and reflecting the comprehensive coordinating role of performance appraisal and promoting the harmonious progress of X Airlines.In recent years,the number of audiences of X Airlines has been increasing,and its requirements for flight information collection and flight plan formulation have also been improved.Therefore,the performance appraisal of the assigned personnel of X Airlines is related to the long-term development of X Airlines and must be properly handled.Second,it is conducive to alleviating the existing problems in the performance assessment of signed personnel of X Airlines.The performance assessment of signed personnel of X Airlines shows a series of problems,such as the assessment system does not fit the characteristics of signed personnel,the absence of control in the assessment process,the untrue assessment conclusion,and the poor feedback channel.Third,it is conducive to promoting the development and improvement of the performance appraisal system of sign-up personnel of other airlines and providing reference for the optimization of the performance appraisal system of sign-up personnel of other airlines. |
