It is very important to manage mass experiment information and data efficiently in electromagnetic launch experiment,especially for large-scale Pulse Power Supply(PPS),which has hundreds of Pulse Forming Unit(PFU).Managing the experiment data,device parameters,usage information and failure information of the PFU,it is helpful to plan the use of PPS reasonably and carry out electromagnetic launch experiment smoothly.The existing data management of electromagnetic launch experiment in National Key Laboratory of Transient Physics is not perfect enough.There are three main reasons: first,the amount of data is larger;second,the data source is very complex,and the format of information is different;third,there is no unified management platform of experiment data,and the efficiency of query is relative low.To manage PPS experiment information efficiently,a special experiment data management platform for PPS is developed based on the object-oriented programming idea.According to the requirements of experiment information management,the manage platform include five functional modules: PPS information management,Experiment information management,PPS simulation,Experiment resource management and System security management,which used to manage all kinds of complicated experiment data and information respectively.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Some shortcomings of existing experiment data management of PPS are summarized in this paper,and the urgent need of electromagnetic launch technology for efficient experiment data management have been pointed out.Combined with the requirements of experiment data management,the overall architecture of the management platform has been designed based on C/S structure.Creating the experiment database of PPS by SQL Server software,the human-computer interface of all function modules is designed by C#programming language.ADO.NET,data access layer(DAL),database stored procedures and other key technologies are adopted to realize data transmission between client and server.In addition,the project installation precaution and system function test of PPS experiment data management platform are described in detail.(2)The circuit simulation and performance analysis of the pulse power system and power module are carried out.In order to implement the dynamic simulation of electromagnetic parameters of the launch system,the simulation model of 1MJ PPS system is built by using Simulink module based on Kirchhoff equations.Compile it into Matlab dynamic link library,and the interface of working voltage,time sequence and other important parameters is set.By using the method of integrated programming between Matlab and C# to realize the function of inputting parameters in C# interface and calling Matlab to carry out simulation calculation,the relevant current and voltage simulation waveforms are obtained for experiment prediction and fault analysis.The functions of PPS information management,experiment information management,experiment resource management,PPS fault information management and PPS simulation analysis have been realized in the PPS experiment data management platform.It will play an important role in maintaining and managing experiment data and assisting decision-making of electromagnetic launch experiment schemes.
