Based on the network technique and database technical, it adopts browser / server (B/S ) architecture to set up the web-based information system . It achieves the share of papers and magazines of this field, the delivering of research fruits in time. Based on the trait of this field, it develops a fluid calculation software which conveniently provides the analysis and process of computational solution. And then it provides the placement strategy of testing point and regression theory of testing result.
