| With the growth of economy and the advancement of people’s living,the quantity of industrial load and resident living load rises gradually,the demand of people for the electric energy is increased,and the requirements for power quality are more stringent.Therefore,only reasonable power grid planning can ensure the stable operation of power system.The distribution network is an important part of the power grid.How to ensure reliable power supply while the power system is developing rapidly is the main content of the distribution network planning research.This paper evaluates and analyzes the current situation of power supply and use of Wangdu power grid where found problems,such as: insufficient power supply capacity,unreasonable grid structure,long power supply radius,serious aging of some drainage and irrigation lines,many potential safety and so on.In order to further improve the power supply level of Wangdu County,this paper carried out a research on Wangdu County’s distribution network planning to decrease line loss and enhance power reliability.This paper mainly includes:(1)According to "Technical Guidelines for Planning and Design of Distribution Networks"(DL/T 5729-2016),"Technical Principles for Planning and Design of Hebei South Power Grids" and "Wangdu County Urban and Rural Overall Planning",the planning goals for medium and high voltage power grids were formulated.For the overall planning of Wangdu County’s urban and rural areas,through the comparison of several load forecasting methods,finally selected the sub-regional load forecasting method.The method predicts the total electricity consumption and maximum electricity load of the whole society in the next few years,and then verifies the load forecast results with the per capita electricity consumption index method,which proves the feasibility of this forecast;(2)On the basis of power forecasting,fully considering the actual factors such as distribution and transformation facilities and line layout,and formulating a power grid planning plan suitable for the development of Wangdu.Finally,the investment estimation and planning effect analysis were made to ensure the smooth implementation of the distribution network project.After the implementation of the planning scheme,the reliability of the power supply line and the reasonable rate of line loss will be greatly improved,the network structure is more reliable and flexible,and the lines can meet the "N-1" verification. |
