In today’s vigorous development of ecological civilization construction, the traditional building model has been difficult to meet people’s demand for building quality and living environment due to its high energy consumption and high pollution defects. With the country’s vigorous promotion of building industrialization, prefabricated buildings are widely used because of their high efficiency, low energy consumption, and green energy-saving advantages. However, for prefabricated buildings, risk management methods and technical measures in the construction phase of traditional buildings are difficult to fully apply to them. There are various problems with the construction of prefabricated buildings, such as component management and personnel operation, which greatly increase the probability of risks in the construction process. At present, prefabricated buildings in China are still in the emerging stage, and the research on their construction risks is still being explored in practice.A prefabricated building project in J city is the largest prefabricated building taken over by the general contractor. Its scale is at the upstream level in the province and even the whole country. It is of great significance to study it in terms of construction technology and coordination management.By collecting relevant research literature and field research project, combined with 4M1 E modern management theory, this paper identifies risk factors of six aspects: personnel risk, machine risk, material risk, management risk, technical risk and environmental risk, and summarizes and analyzes the list of risk factors. The Delphi method is used to construct the risk evaluation index system. After two rounds of Delphi, the risk evaluation index system of a prefabricated building project in J city is established, which includes 6 risk type indicators and 20 risk factor indicators. The entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of each risk factor, and the centrality of each risk factor obtained by DEMATEL(decision laboratory method)is used to modify the weight obtained by the entropy weight method, and the combined weight of each risk factor index is obtained. On the basis of the combination weight of each risk factor index, the matter-element extension model is used to evaluate, and the single correlation data and risk level of risk factors are obtained, and then the comprehensive correlation data and risk level of six risk categories of personnel risk, machine tool risk, material risk, technical risk, environmental risk and management risk are obtained, and then the risk level of prefabricated construction project in construction stage is calculated. Finally, the evaluation results of each part are further analyzed, and more complete risk response measures are proposed.Based on the actual situation of a prefabricated building project in J city, this paper analyzes the risk management of the prefabricated building project in the construction stage qualitatively and quantitatively, and provides some reference for the research and practice of the risk related to the construction stage of the prefabricated building project,so as to promote the stable development of the prefabricated building.
