| Under the background of the great development of urban rail transit in China,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has also entered the construction period of urban rail transit.The total length of the Hohhot subway under construction is about 50 kilometers,and the project investment is about 35 billion yuan.It is not only the infrastructure project with the largest investment amount and the longest construction period in the history of Hohhot,but also the first urban rail transit construction project in the autonomous region.In urban rail transit projects,the application of BIM technology is the basis for the smart construction and digital operation of urban rail transit.However,in many application cases,it is found that BIM technology still has some problems in the design phase,construction phase,and operation and maintenance phase.These problems have affected the effect of BIM technology application.In order to improve the efficiency of work and management,it is of great significance to solve these problems to make MIB serve the subway project preferably.After analyzing and summarizing a large number of related documents,this article clarifies the problems of BIM technology in the design,construction,and operation and maintenance stages.Based on Hohhot Metro Line 1,the corresponding solutions are proposed.The specific contents are as follows.1.By comparing and analyzing the forward design method and the model turning method,the applicability of the two modeling methods is summarized,and the shield tunnel modeling method and the elevated section modeling method are proposed.And using the BIM platform to manage the model,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of modeling.2.The problems of collaborative design and collision detection in the design phase,as well as the problems of quality management and schedule management in the construction phase are analyzed and summarized.And the choice of software and collaborative work methods solved the problems of the design stage;the problems in quality management and schedule management are solved by using BIM technology in conjunction with the Internet of Things and RFID technology.These strategies have improved the comprehensiveness of quality management and schedule management information in the process of subway projects.3.This paper describes an asset management system that covers the whole life cycle of assets.It mainly includes three aspects: the information management function module of asset transfer,the information management function module of equipment and facilities after the transfer and the information management function module of physical assets.The system is associated with BIM model information of assets,which ensures the integrity and uniqueness of multi-dimensional information of real assets.This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems in the application of BIM technology in the Hohhot Metro Line 1 project.A reasonable solution strategy was proposed,which improved the use of BIM technology,and provided theoretical basis and practical experience for the application of BIM technology in subway projects. |
