Study On Environment Management Of Construction Phase Of Construction Project

The real estate has already become a pillar industry of the national economy,which provides the healthy and comfortable living environment for the survival ofmankind. However, what accompanied with the rapid of the construction industry arethe sharply energy consumption and the serious environmental pollution during theconstruction phase. As the key segment in the whole life cycle of the constructionalengineering, the environmental management during the construction phase hasbecome the most important part. So, in order to get a healthy and safety constructionenvironment, this paper will make an analysis about the environmental problems ofconstruction phase, and discuss the influence factors and the associated measures.Firstly, this paper will make a conclusion about the presented the studies on theenvironmental management during the construction phase in the domestic andoverseas, present the research content and techniques course. Meanwhile, this paperalso discusses the characteristics and the steps of the environmental management.Then, this paper discusses how to make a comprehensive identification andevaluation about the environment influence factors during the construction phase,such as, air pollution, noxious waste pollution, noise pollution, water pollution,radioactive contamination. And applies the AHP to establish the evaluation indexsystem of the environment influence factors during the construction phase, and usesexpert scoring method to calculate the weights. Furthermore, this paper uses the fuzzysynthetic evaluation to study the impact of each environment influence factor.Finally, this paper will make an empirical analysis based on JinYue community.We will make a comprehensive analysis about the environmental problems ofconstruction phase on this community, and make an evaluation and present theassociated measures.
