Research On Schedule Management Of Dongshengmiao Transmitting Station Infrastructure Construction Project

At present,the main contradiction in our society is the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Radio and television,as the people’s favorite modern media mode,has an important contribution to enrich the people’s spiritual and cultural life.In recent years,Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Bureau has actively promoted the construction of "smart radio and television projects".The radio and television industry construction project is affected by the characteristics of the industry,which is different from other engineering construction projects,especially the requirements for the construction period are very strict.Therefore,the schedule management is the focus of the radio and television industry engineering construction projects.In the implementation process of radio and television industry engineering construction project,there are many uncertain factors that can affect the progress management,such as radio and television industry policy factors,climate factors,geographical factors,technical factors,etc.,which form a huge test on the progress management of radio and television industry engineering construction projects.Therefore,it is necessary to study and explore a set of schedule management system suitable for radio and television industry construction projects to ensure the smooth implementation of construction projects.This paper takes Dongshengmiao Transmitting Station infrastructure construction project as a case study.First,through the research and study of domestic and foreign project schedule management and radio and television construction project status and related theories,and then collects and analyzes the construction conditions and project data of Dongshengmiao Transmitting Station infrastructure construction project,The advanced progress management method is applied to the progress management of the project,and the suitable progress management method and corresponding safeguard measures are explored.Through the analysis of the data and data in the implementation process of Dongshengmiao Transmitting Station infrastructure construction project,this paper analyzes the factors that may affect the progress of the project,and finds out the problems in each stage;Then,the WBS is used to decompose the engineering tasks,clarify the logical relationship between the decomposed tasks,scientifically estimate the duration of each task by using the estimation model of plan review technology,and use the Gantt chart method and plan review technology to prepare the schedule of Dongshengmiao Transmitting Station infrastructure construction project,analyze the key path,and then get the duration of the whole project;Then,the data analysis method,Gantt chart method and other project progress management methods are applied to control and supervise the project progress,timely find the project progress deviation,and timely adjust and control;Finally,this paper summarizes the experience in the progress management process of Dongshengmiao Transmitting Station infrastructure construction project,and extracts suggestions to improve the progress management of radio and television industry infrastructure construction project from the aspects of the formulation of project schedule,progress management control system,construction process supervision,strict control of schedule change and increasing the guarantee of critical path duration,It can provide reference for similar infrastructure construction projects of radio and television industry in the future.
